During a first sensing period, the lines are supplied with a first drive signal to generate a magnetic field. During a second sensing period, the lines are supplied with the first drive signal to generate the magnetic field, and an electromotive force corresponding to a distance between the lines and the first electrodes is generated in the first electrodes by the magnetic field.
