    Abstract: A method for generating a plan facilitating users to plant, grow, harvest and maintain selected plant varieties includes receiving, via at least one processor, user input corresponding to at least one of: the selected plant varieties, desired servings of the selected plant varieties, geographic information for the user and available gardening hardware. The method includes determining, via the at least one processor, quantities of the selected plant varieties to plant, a location layout for planting each of the selected plant varieties and plant care tasks associated with each of the selected plant varieties. The method also includes graphically presenting, via the at least one processor, the location layout and the plant care tasks associated with each of the selected plant varieties to the user.
