  • Publication number: 20070022649
Abstract: This invention refers to a new safety, incorporated toward the end of the mechanism chamber of a double-shot rifle, located slightly behind the trigger, whose safety has a movement toward the back which occurs automatically upon moving the bolt handle to remove the shell or the cartridge and prepare the rifle, leaving the safety in place for its shot, and where the safety is removed manually upon moving the safety toward the front of the gun when the arm is ready for shooting. The safety is formed by a trigger safety to prevent accidental firing of the weapon and is fit to the combination of a rectangular plate in whose base there is a mechanism release window corresponding to the track of the trigger having in addition some bores in its corners in eyelet form that serve as guides for the course and movement of the trigger safety.

  • Publication number: 20040060221
Abstract: The present invention refers to a novel inner barrel for sport rifles, which has the particularity of installing or removing in a simple way, and allows using ammunition and pellets of different calibers. In this way, the sport rifle becomes a versatile device that uses indifferently either ammunition or pellets of different calibers without the necessity of removing the original barrel. On the other hand, this inner barrel can be adapted in sport rifles carrying out, previously, a simple repair consisted in making a cord on the mouth of the barrel and increasing the correlative diameter to the proposed inner barrel, in order to become a versatile rifle.

  • Patent number: 6612298
Abstract: A new safety that is incorporated to a sporting pellet or air gun by which the accidental firing of the gun is prevented even when the gun is loaded, making it necessary to remove it in order to fire the gun. This safety includes a square bulky button with cut edges at the top that make it look like a trapezium in its cross-section view; and grooves on the surface to hold and move it manually, and that on its lower face is curved having the correlative shape of the barrel, and also has a side bore where a peg that joins the base of the safety is introduced. A base of the safety, placed under the safety that is a rectangular piece acts as a cam to place the latch when the gun is loaded, from which a second piece also rectangular in shape sticks out.

  • Patent number: 6513276
Abstract: A micrometric sight placed on the barrel of a gun for use with either an open-type sight or for use with a closed-type sight. The sight includes a base having a fixed part and a movable part. The base can be affixed to a dovetail formed on the barrel of the gun. An upper support is joined to a side plate to form an angled piece. A micrometric height adjustment screw is on the upper support for adjustment of the height. A micrometric centering screw is provided between the upper support and the base for proper centering.

  • Publication number: 20020152664
Abstract: This invention refers to a novel micrometric sight, which will be naturally placed on the gun's barrel, with the possibility of changing such micrometric sight, either for an open type sight in the case of close range shots and where target precision does not require a great degree of grouping, or for a closed type sight for short range shots where very precise grouping results are required.

  • Patent number: 6352070
Abstract: The present invention is a safety formed in a sporting pellet or air rifle which prevents the accidental firing of the rifle even when it is loaded. The safety utilizes a loading pull lever, a crescent-shaped portion positioned generally at the middle of the loading pull lever, a pusher located at an end of the loading pull lever, a piston positioned within the barrel of the rifle so as to be cooperative with the pusher, a piston stopper connected to an end of the piston, a hand-activated safety, a safety base supporting the stem of the safety, a trigger having a particular shape for cooperation with the safety, and a retaining lever which is movable so as to touch the piston stopper and is movable downwardly to secure the rod of the piston. The lever is positioned in front of the trigger so as to prevent the firing of the rifle before the pull lever has been fully depressed.

  • Patent number: 5722382
Abstract: An improved loading plate for a repeat-air rifle for pellets or ammunition including a loading plate positioned vertically in front of a compression chamber of the rifle, a first rectangular, slightly curved plate coinciding with a curvature of a barrel of the rifle, and a second rectangular, slightly curved plate coinciding with the curvature of a lower part of the rifle. The loading plate is of a rectangular shape and has a circular borehole. The loading plate has a first tongue extending from an upper part thereof so as to cover an exit of the pellets or ammunition. The loading plate has a second tongue extending from a lower part thereof having a central borehole therein so as to receive an oppressing bolt for limiting a movement of the loading plate. A spring is received by a plurality of longitudinal lodging for urging an upward movement of the loading plate.

  • Patent number: 3993178
Abstract: A free-wheeling mechanism, comprised of a shaft with threaded ends; two fixed cones joined thereto by means of said threadings; a movable cone, one of the ends of which includes a hollow portion into which one of the fixed cones fits on a ball bearing and the other end being toothed, a set of roller bearings being held in place at that point. These roller bearings are adjustable by means of an adjusting device, which in turn, is also joined to the shaft; also joined to this shaft are a set of housings, which together with the movable cone, as well as by the oppositely placed cone, make up the bearing races. Included, as well, is a hollow cylindrical body with two supporting end plates which serve to hold the spokes and which make up the hub of the freely rolling wheel. Inside of this hub, all of the aforementioned components are housed, with exception of that part of the movable cone that includes the hollow portion as well as the fixed cone fitted into said hollow portion.
