An anti-glare anti-reflection hard coating film includes a substrate in the form of a transparent film; and an anti-glare layer and an anti-reflection layer, which are sequentially arranged on one surface of the substrate in this order from the substrate side. The anti-glare layer has a thickness of 3-15 ?m; and the anti-reflection layer has a thickness of 50-150 nm. The anti-glare layer is a cured product obtained by curing a resin composition that contains an active energy ray-curable resin; and the resin composition contains silica particles that have a volume average particle diameter of 0.3-0.9 ?m.
