  • Patent number: 12113467
Abstract: A power conversion system includes a power conversion device supplying electric power to a motor and a power supply device supplying electric power to the power conversion device. The power conversion device includes a reverse converter that converts the electric power, a control circuit that controls the reverse converter, and a current detector that detects current flowing through the reverse converter. The power supply device includes a storage device that stores electric power in accordance with a voltage, a step-up/down power supply circuit that changes the voltage of the storage device based on a voltage command, and a voltage command computing circuit that computes the energy stored in the storage device and output it as the voltage command to the step-up/down power supply circuit. When the characteristics of the motor are restricted, the voltage command computing circuit temporarily changes the voltage command to improve the motor characteristics.

  • Publication number: 20240053724
Abstract: A motor control device that supplies electric power to a motor is disclosed. The motor control device is provided with a storage unit to store position offset data and information of a machine origin position of the motor. The motor control device generates a command value of a position after offset by using an externally input position command and the position offset data and coverts electric power to be supplied to the motor based on the command value of a position after offset and position information that is input from an encoder. The position offset data is data in which offset positions and offset quantities have been recorded in a mapping relation. A start position of the offset positions differs from the machine origin position.

  • Patent number: 7151352
Abstract: A motor controller having the electronic cam function that makes it smooth operation even if the number of operation patterns is lessened is provided. The electronic gear function included in a servo-amplifier and a divider are used to vary the gear ratio of an electronic gear in a previously provided ratio in accordance with an external rotation position so that the electronic cam function is realized. The motor controller further includes a program execution unit so that the electronic gear is operated in accordance with programs. Since the electronic gear function and the divider is included in an inexpensive servo-amplifier and is used to realize the electronic cam function, the inexpensive and intelligent system can be realized. Since the divider is provided in the system, the number of data and the reading frequency of the cam pattern can be decreased and accordingly the inexpensive system is realized.
