  • Patent number: 11047768
Abstract: An abnormality diagnosis device according to the present invention detects damage to a bearing device based on vibration data on acceleration of the bearing device. The abnormality diagnosis device includes a first filter, a second filter, and a diagnosis unit. The first filter is configured to extract a first vibration waveform belonging to a frequency band from the vibration data. The second filter is configured to extract a second vibration waveform belonging to a second frequency band higher than the first frequency band from the vibration data. The diagnosis unit is configured to diagnose that there is damage to the bearing device when an evaluation value calculated by dividing a first amplitude of the vibration waveform by a second amplitude of a second vibration waveform at a time at which the first amplitude has occurred exceeds a determination value, the first amplitude exceeding a reference value.

  • Publication number: 20210140849
Abstract: A condition monitoring device determines whether abnormality has occurred to a bearing included in a rolling device. The condition monitoring device includes a condition monitoring sensor for detecting vibration of a bearing, a reference sensor, and a controller configured to determine whether abnormality has occurred to the bearing. The reference sensor is electrically non-insulated from the condition monitoring sensor, and disposed at a location less influenced by vibration generated when abnormality occurs to the bearing under monitoring. The controller is configured to identify a period during which electrical noise is generated, based on a detected value of the reference sensor, generate determination data by removing data for the period during which the electrical noise is generated, from the vibration data of the condition monitoring sensor, and determine whether or not abnormality has occurred to the bearing under monitoring, using the determination data.

  • Patent number: 10890507
Abstract: A state monitoring method and a state monitoring apparatus which achieve a lower error rate are provided. Rather than collectively processing whole measurement data, the state monitoring apparatus divides the whole measurement data into a plurality of segments and processes each segment. From the measurement data, training data and test data to which an anomaly detection approach is to be applied is randomly selected. By repeatedly calculating an anomaly ratio and averaging the anomaly ratios, a result of discrimination is stabilized.

  • Publication number: 20170260968
Abstract: A displacement sensor detects a displacement of a main shaft, thereby detecting a relative displacement between an inner race and an outer race of a bearing. A data processor carries out an abnormality diagnosis for the bearing based on a detected value of the displacement sensor. The data processor carries out an abnormality diagnosis based on a difference between the detected value of the displacement sensor under a first axial load condition for the bearing and the detected value of the displacement sensor under a second axial load condition different from the first axial load condition. Thereby, an abnormality diagnosing apparatus for a rolling bearing is provided, by which a highly accurate abnoiiiiality diagnosis can be implemented even if installation states of a displacement sensor and an object to be measured are changed due to maintenance or repair.

  • Patent number: 9074630
Abstract: A rolling bearing which is capable of preventing the rolling elements from dropping out from between the inner and the outer rings even when the separators have been worn to an advanced stage. A rolling bearing includes: a plurality of rolling elements arranged between an inner and an outer rings; and a plurality of prismatic separators disposed in a circumferential direction between the rolling elements. The separator includes integrally therewith a metal band on at least one of its outer surfaces including those which face the inner or the outer ring, or at least one of its axial side surfaces, excluding however, surfaces which face the circumferential direction and make contact with the rolling elements. The metal band has a narrower width than a width of the separator in the circumferential direction, and prevents wear of the separator from advancing beyond a certain extent.
