C., and a viscosity index of at least 20 and (ii) a chlorotrifluoroethylene oil having a viscosity of about 0.8-1000 centistokes at 25.degree. C. The blend is miscible in combination with the tetrafluoroethane in the range between 0.degree. C. and at least +5.degree. C.
