  • Patent number: 9593720
Abstract: A motor includes a motor body, a pin, a core, and an input cam. The motor body includes a housing and an output shaft. The pin is arranged in the output shaft to extend in a direction orthogonal to a rotation axis of the output shaft. The core is pivotally supported by the pin and rotates coaxially with the output shaft. The input cam is annular and surrounds an outer circumference of the core. The input cam rotates integrally with the core. An end surface of the core closer to the housing includes a first deviated surface. The core includes an insertion portion into which the pin is inserted. When a center axis of the core is coaxial to the rotation axis of the output shaft, the first deviated surface is located at a position farther from the housing than the insertion portion.

  • Publication number: 20160280082
Abstract: A charger with a power converting inverter that can be reliably stopped by a forced stop signal, without causing an increase in part quantity. A control power supply supplies voltage to gate drive circuits, which supply gate signals to an inverter. The control power supply includes a transformer, a power supply control circuit IC that repeatedly opens and closes a primary side circuit formed by a primary winding of the transformer and an auxiliary machine power supply being connected in series, and a rectifier that generates power supply voltage to be supplied to the gate drive circuits by rectifying AC voltage generated in a secondary winding of the transformer. The power supply control IC turns off a FET in accordance with a forced stop signal, thereby forcibly switching the primary side circuit to an open state, and stopping the supply of power supply voltage to the gate drive circuits.

  • Publication number: 20160285297
Abstract: A high-speed charger with a long lifespan such that a power converting inverter can be reliably stopped in accordance with a forced stop signal, without causing a malfunction. Pulse transformers corresponding respectively to switching elements configure an inverter. A control circuit outputs gate signals for switching on and off the switching elements to primary side circuits, each of which includes a primary winding of one of the pulse transformers. Gate drive circuits switch on and off of the switching elements based on voltage generated in secondary windings of the pulse transformers. Transistors acting as interruption control switching elements are interposed in the primary side circuit of each of the pulse transformers. The transistors are cut off in accordance with a forced stop signal, whereby an operation of the inverter stops.

  • Patent number: 7781996
Abstract: In a speed control device including a speed instruction generating unit, an addition computing unit, a speed control unit, a current controlling unit, an inertia estimating unit, an inertia setting unit, a switching unit and a constant setting unit, when it is possible to perform accelerating or decelerating operation of the electric motor to estimate the inertia moments of the electric motor and a driving target thereof, an operation is carried out to derive an inertia moment estimation value. The proportional gain of the speed control unit is set through the switching unit and the constant setting unit on the basis of the inertia moment estimation value. When it is impossible to perform the above operation, the proportional gain of the speed control unit is set through the switching unit and the constant setting unit on the basis of the inertia moment manual set value.
