Abstract: Component information including operating parameters for numerical determination of an operation mode of an electronic component mounting operation unit (10) and a change history of the component information are stored in a component information change history storage unit (21). A mounting error occurring during an electronic component mounting operation is detected, mounting error information relating to an occurrence situation of the mounting error is recorded, a transition of the mounting error is displayed on a screen of a display unit (18), and past component information for designated date and time is read and displayed based on the designated date and time so that a correlation between change in the component information and the mounting error can be checked with ease and the component information including the operating parameter can be restored to a proper state.

Abstract: Electronic component mounting method for mounting an electronic component on a plurality of board types includes: placing, on tray holding shelves, trays storing components for first and second board types, respectively; recognizing on which tray holding shelf the tray is placed by reading identification information from the trays. The method further includes: rearranging the trays in the tray feeder to a first tray arrangement adapted for the first board type, based on recognized placement position of the tray and the first tray arrangement data, before start of production of the board of the first board type; and rearranging the trays in the tray feeder to a second tray arrangement adapted for the second board type, based on the second tray arrangement data, before start of production of the board of the second board type.

Abstract: A component mounting system includes a component mounting line including series-connected component mounting machines. In the component mounting system, workers execute jobs for equipment operation of the component mounting line. The component mounting system includes: a skill level storage unit which stores worker data in which a worker ID for identifying each of the workers is associated with a skill level of the corresponding worker for execution of each of the jobs; a history data storage unit which stores execution results of the jobs executed by the workers as job history data for each of the workers; and a worker data update unit which updates the skill level of each of the workers in the worker data based on a result of determination extracted from the job history data.

Abstract: A component mounting system derives work instruction information defining setup changeover work necessary to change an arrangement state of parts feeders from a current arrangement state to a first arrangement state for producing a first substrate type based on current feeder arrangement information corresponding to the current arrangement state and first feeder arrangement information corresponding to the first arrangement state. The work instruction information includes a plurality of pieces of unit work information. Each of the pieces of the unit work information includes kind information indicating a kind of execution operation and feeder state information indicating states before and after execution of work on the parts feeder targeted in the setup changeover work. The pieces of unit work information are displayed on the display screen so as to be arranged in work sequence to be executed.
