    Abstract: A processing apparatus includes a unit that is movable along one direction, a touch panel that displays an operation screen of the unit, a control unit that controls movement of the unit according to operation to the touch panel, and a movement axis that moves the unit forward and reversely along the one direction. A movement button that accepts a movement instruction to the unit is displayed on the touch panel. The control unit decides the movement direction of the movement axis based on a movement direction in which a finger that has pressed the movement button moves on a screen recognizes the movement speed of the finger that moves on the screen, and decides axis movement speed from the movement speed of the finger recognized by the finger movement speed recognizing section.

    Abstract: To provide a method for producing a liquid repellent molded product, whereby it is possible to uniformly apply, on the surface of a resin molded product, a liquid repellent composition containing an aqueous liquid having a compound having a perfluoroalkyl group with at most 6 carbon atoms dissolved or dispersed in an aqueous medium, and to obtain a liquid repellent molded product having excellent liquid repellency. The method for producing a liquid repellent molded product, comprises applying a liquid repellent composition comprising a fluorinated copolymer having structural units based on a monomer having a C4-6 perfluoroalkyl group, water and a C1-4 alcohol, to a resin molded product, and is characterized in that the content of the alcohol is from 70 to 99.9 mass % based on 100 mass % of the liquid repellent composition, and the application amount of the liquid repellent composition to the resin molded product is from 0.001 to 0.2 g/m2 as the amount of fluorine atoms.

    Abstract: This invention provides an ink-jet recording medium which improves balance between ink absorption and print image quality by ink-jet printing and is excellent in quick drying properties after printing and has an ink absorbing layer with high image quality. In the ink-jet recording medium, at least one ink absorbing layer including a material containing 5 to 90 wt % of a calcium carbonate pigment in terms of solid content is disposed on one side or both sides of a substrate, and this calcium carbonate pigment is one in which silica formed from soda silicate and calcium chloride is subjected to chemical or physical adsorption treatment on the surface of calcium carbonate particles so that the weight ratio of SiO2 to CaO is in a range of 2.0 to 80%, and the calcium carbonate pigment and the silica are preferably intertwined into a spherical form of 0.3 to 20 ?m.
