Abstract: A moving body pursuit irradiating device has plural X-ray fluoroscopes for picking up the image of a tumor marker buried in the vicinity of a tumor, and recognition processing sections which execute template matching by a shading normalization mutual correlation method, further calculating three-dimensional coordinates of the tumor marker from the two-dimensional coordinates calculated by the recognition processing sections, and controlling the medical treatment beam of a linac.
