  • Patent number: 12110577
Abstract: The iron loss of a dust core is reduced. A dust core (1) includes soft magnetic metal particles (3) having an average particle size of 5 ?m or more and 30 ?m or less, and a particle boundary phase (6). The particle boundary phase (6) includes a polycrystalline compound containing Al (aluminum). When a sectional structure of the dust core (1) is observed, an area percentage of ?-Al2O3 in the particle boundary phase (6) is 75% or less. An average thickness Ta of the particle boundary phase (6) is 10 nm or more and 300 nm or less. According to the present invention, the iron loss is reduced.

  • Publication number: 20240254656
Abstract: A silicon carbide substrate includes a dopant. The silicon carbide substrate has, on an off-downstream side with respect to a center of the silicon carbide substrate in plan view, a portion having a resistivity lower than a resistivity at the center of the silicon carbide substrate in plan view. A value obtained by dividing a difference between the resistivity of the silicon carbide substrate at the center of the silicon carbide substrate in plan view and a minimum resistivity of the silicon carbide substrate on the off-downstream side with respect to the center of the silicon carbide substrate in plan view by the resistivity of the silicon carbide substrate at the center of the silicon carbide substrate in plan view is 0.015 or less. The resistivity of the silicon carbide substrate increases from a position at which the silicon carbide substrate has the minimum resistivity toward the off-downstream side.

  • Patent number: 9744534
Abstract: The assay device (10) comprises a micro flow path (76); a porous medium provided near the distal end portion (80) of the micro flow path (76); and a space (82) provided between the micro flow path (76) and the porous medium for controlling the flow rate of a fluid moving from the micro flow path (76) to the space (82). After a fluid moved along the micro flow path (76) based on a lateral flow is brought into contact with the porous medium beyond the space (82) and is absorbed to the porous medium, the fluid is divided by the space (82) so that the fluid stays in the micro flow path (76). With this structure, it is possible to perform solution exchange in the micro flow path without using an external device such as a pump.

  • Publication number: 20040093284
Abstract: There is disclosed a server which provides a high quality service taking into account a balance of business processing of a dealer and a desire of a client. More specifically, the server in accordance with the present invention receives specification information specifying specifications of a vehicle and an estimation request, and decides whether to sends an estimated price stored in an estimated price database to the client terminal or to inquire an estimated price from a dealer. In addition, the server in accordance with the present invention refers to automatic reply prohibited client data and decides whether or not the client is stored in the data as a client to whom an estimated price should not be automatically returned. Moreover, the server in accordance with the present invention decides whether or not a comment of the client is included in estimation request data from the client.

  • Publication number: 20030065584
Abstract: In providing an estimated price of a vehicle to a customer online, an access history information database for storing access history information of accesses made by each customer for specification selection and/or estimate request regarding a vehicle is previously prepared. When a vehicle distributor inputs an estimated price in response to an estimate request from a customer, the access history information of the customer having made the estimate request read from the access history information database and/or information introducible from the access history information is presented to the distributor.

  • Publication number: 20030065612
Abstract: In response to a purchase contract for a vehicle made with a customer, a manufacturer server, a dealer server or a plant server stores the specification of the vehicle in contracted information DB in association with vehicle identification information for specifying the vehicle, and then issues a certificate for certifying the specification of the vehicle related to the purchase contract at a given timing. Also, the server receives a request for confirming the specification of the vehicle related to the purchase contract and the identification information from an online user terminal, selects the specification information of the vehicle from the contracted information DB, and sends the selected specification information to be displayed in the user terminal. Thus, the customer having purchased the vehicle with the specification selected online can grasp the selected specification after the purchase.

  • Publication number: 20020099628
Abstract: An estimated price providing system allows a user of a user terminal to select an article with desired specifications in accordance with predetermined choices, which are set in advance in association with article specifications that a manufacturer can supply, in response to operation at the user terminal, which accesses a vehicle manufacturer server. When the article with the desired specifications is selected, or when the user makes request operation at the terminal, the vehicle manufacturer server or a dealer server calculates an estimated price when a dealer sells the article with the desired specifications by referring to a storage device, in which estimated prices that the dealer can offer are registered in advance for respective choices, in accordance with the desired specifications, and provides the calculated estimated price per article to the terminal.
