  • Patent number: 11192136
Abstract: To provide a powder resin coating method and powder resin coating device which can maintain a powder surface as flat irrespective of changes in the average particle size of powder resin. A powder resin coating device (1) includes a powder fluidizing bed (2) storing powder resin, a vibration mechanism (5) connected to the powder fluidizing bed (2), and a control device (8) controlling the frequency of the vibration mechanism (5). The control device (8) includes an average particle size estimation unit (82) that estimates the average particle size of powder resin stored within the powder fluidizing bed (2); an optimum frequency determination unit (83) that determines an optimum frequency for causing the powder surface to flatten based on the average particle size estimated by the average particle size estimation unit (82); and a frequency control unit (84) causing the vibration mechanism (5) to vibrate at the determined optimum frequency.

  • Publication number: 20210299698
Abstract: Provided is a powder coating device. The powder coating device performs powder coating by inserting peeled parts at a lower end of a stator into a powder flow tank filled with a powder resin and includes: a surface height measurement part measuring a surface height of the powder resin; a peel height measurement part measuring a height of upper ends of the peeled parts; a swing part swinging the powder resin; an air supply part supplying air toward the powder flow tank via a porous body provided below an open bottom surface of the powder flow tank, and flowing the powder resin; and an adjustment part adjusting at least one of an air flow rate, a swing amount of the powder flow tank, an entry posture and an entry amount of the stator according to measurement results of the surface height measurement part and the peel height measurement part.

  • Publication number: 20190301917
Abstract: First to eighth laser measurement sections (30a) to (30h) of a laser measurement unit (30) measures a height of a surface of powder resins (15) in a coil insertion range CA for every angular degree in a circumferential direction of a stator core (2). A control unit (18) computes the number of points where the height of the surface is lower than a predetermined height among measurement results at multiple points measured by the first to eighth laser measurement sections (30a) to (30h), where the number of points is defined as an index value indicative of a dispersion of the measurement results. When it has been determined that the index value exceeds a first predetermined value, a notification is issued by outputting from a speaker (32) a sound indicative of the fact that the index value that has been computed exceeds the first predetermined value.
