  • Publication number: 20200247390
Abstract: A drive force control system configured to reduce a total energy consumption of a hybrid vehicle. The drive force control system calculates: an output power of the engine which can optimize a thermal efficiency given that the engine is operated at a best fuel point; and a required electric power to be supplied from a battery or to be generated by a control motor, which can adjust the drive power established by the output power of the engine to the required power. A power exchange between the control motor and the battery is interrupted if the required electric power to be supplied from the electric storage device or to be generated by the control motor is less than a first predetermined electric power.

  • Patent number: 10715858
Abstract: When a user inputs an operation of recording a broadcast program into a broadcast reception device, the broadcast reception device outputs, by a display video output unit of the broadcast reception device, a recording setting screen selecting a first recording method of recording program related information and not recording a video content of a broadcast program or a second recording method of recording the program related information and a video content of the broadcast program about a first program. When the first recording method is selected, the program related information is recorded and the video content of the broadcast program is not recorded. When the user inputs an operation of playing back the first program into the broadcast reception device, the broadcast reception device communicates with the server, receives the video content of the first program from the server, and outputs the video content by the display video output unit.

  • Publication number: 20200221014
Abstract: The present invention provides an image pickup device that recognizes the object that the user is attempting to capture as the subject, tracks the movement of that subject, and can continue tracking the movement of the subject even when the subject leaves the capturing area so that the subject can always be reliably brought into focus. The image pickup device includes a main camera that captures the subject; an EVF that displays the captured image captured by the main camera, a sub-camera that captures the subject using a wider capturing region than the main camera, and a processing unit that extracts the subject from the captured images captured by the main camera and the sub-camera, tracks the extracted subject, and brings the subject into focus when an image of the subject is actually captured. When the subject moves outside of a capturing region of the main camera, the processing unit tracks the subject extracted from the captured image captured by the sub-camera.

Abstract: A portable terminal includes a touch pad that displays an icon and detects a touch. A camera images a direction in which light of a display of the touch pad travels. A point of view is detected to which an eye of a face imaged by the camera is turned. A position of the point of view is detected and a cursor is displayed on the touch pad according to the position of the point of view on the touch pad output from an information management unit. An input condition management unit determines whether or not a preset input condition is satisfied for an input by a touch to a preset special region of the touch pad and an input of the position of the point of view on the touch pad, and an application program is activated corresponding to the icon according to the determination that is made.
