  • Patent number: 11171386
Abstract: The purpose of the present invention is to provide a nonaqueous electrolyte battery having excellent lifespan characteristics and/or excellent safety, which are essential in practice. The basic inorganic particles for a nonaqueous electrolyte battery according to the present invention include basic inorganic particles, wherein a hydrophilicity parameter A for the basic inorganic particles satisfies the expression: 0.45?A(BET1/BET2)?2.0. In the expression, BET1 represents the specific surface area of the basic inorganic particles calculated from an adsorption isotherm which is measured through adsorption of water vapor to the basic inorganic particles by a BET method. BET2 represents the specific surface area of the basic inorganic particles calculated from an adsorption isotherm which is measured through adsorption of nitrogen to the basic inorganic particles by a BET method.

  • Publication number: 20210249735
Abstract: A separator used for a non-aqueous electrolyte battery comprises a substrate, and a plurality of protruding patterns on at least one principal surface of the substrate, wherein the substrate includes one or more layers, and the value of T1/T2 is 0.3 or more where T1 is the distance between an approximately flat surface formed at the top of the protruding pattern and an approximately flat surface formed at the bottom of the protruding pattern, and T2 is the total thickness of the separator.

  • Patent number: 5752739
Abstract: An arrangement for mounting an armrest in a seat, in which the armrest has a rotary shaft and a stopper rod, both of which projects outwardly of the armrest, and a first support bracket has been pre-assembled in a seat back of the seat, while a second support bracket is provided separately from the seat back. The first support bracket has an arcuate guide hole and a widened region defined in the arcuate guide hole. The stopper rod is provided with a stopper element which is smaller than such widened region. With this arrangement, the armrest can be first retained to the first support bracket by inserting both stopper rod and stopper element through the arcuate guide hole via the widened region. Then, the second support bracket can be attached together with the armrest to the seat back, without the need for holding the armrest on the worker's part, hence permitting for easy mounting of the armrest in the seat back.
