    Abstract: A motor drive device includes: a trailing arm that extends in a vehicle front-rear direction and includes a vehicle body-side attachment portion and wheel-side support portion, the vehicle body-side attachment portion formed on a forward portion side of the trailing arm and coupled to a vehicle body via a rubber bush, the wheel-side support portion formed on a rear side of the trailing arm and supporting a rear wheel; and a motor that is supported by the trailing arm and drives the rear wheel. The motor and the rubber bush are disposed in such a way that motor and the rubber bush are seen as being substantially aligned in a vehicle up-down direction when viewed in a vehicle width direction.

A fiber-reinforced-plastic molding material has a reinforcing-fiber substrate, the surface of which is at least partially coated with the above thermoplastic resin composition and an interfacial shear strength of 30 MPa or higher at an interface with reinforcing fibers, as measured by a micro-droplet method.

The disk-shaped member also includes a plurality of asperities formed on the holding surface and connected to the fine holes, and an electrode embedded in the disk-shaped member. The vacuum source is operated to produce a vacuum on the holding surface through the fine holes and thereby hold the wafer through the tape on the holding surface under suction, where the asperities formed on the holding surface function as a suction passage communicating with the fine holes.
