  • Patent number: 7445839
Abstract: The present invention provides a foam sheet for a car interior member which is capable of being molded into a desired shape while keeping an excellent sound absorbency. The foam sheet for a car interior member according to the invention comprises a modified polyphenylene ether-based resin foam sheet having an open cell ratio of 50% or more, and the modified polyphenylene ether-based resin foam sheet has pore portions formed in a single face thereof so as to be open to the face thereof. Accordingly, vibration energy of sounds is smoothly induced through the pore portions to the open cells of the foam sheet 1 to vibrate cell walls of the open cells, thereby converting the vibration energy to thermal energy. Thus, an excellent sound absorbency is exhibited.

  • Patent number: 7384484
Abstract: After subjected to a developing process, a rinsing process and a replacing process in this order in a developing unit 10A, 10B, a substrate W wet with an anti-drying solution is wet-transported to a supercritical drying unit 20 by a primary transport robot 30. The supercritical drying unit 20 performs a high-pressure drying process (supercritical drying process) in a dedicated manner. Accordingly, by virtue of the presence of the anti-drying solution, the substrate W is effectively prevented from becoming air-dry during the transportation of the substrate W.

  • Patent number: 6527993
Abstract: The present invention provides a process for producing a molded foam article of a crystalline aromatic polyester resin. The process is characterized by heating the surface temperature of a mold for cavity-molding to the temperature within a range of from (td+35) to (Tg+57)°C. (Tg is a glass transition temperature of the crystalline aromatic polyester resin prepuffs), thereby to mold prepuffs, and cooling the surface of the mold to a temperature not lowered than Tg for at least 20 seconds.

  • Patent number: 6496224
Abstract: To avoid mixtures of signal charges read out in an all-pixel read out mode and also in a thinning read out mode, a charge sweeping-out pulse is produced from a timing generating circuit of a CCD solid-state imaging device. In the CCD solid-state imaging device, there are provided a solid-state imaging element capable of being selectively operable in an all-pixel read out mode where signal charges of all pixels are independently read out at the same time instant, and in a thinning read out mode where signal charges are read out only from a portion of pixel columns along the vertical direction, and a timing generating circuit for generating at least one piece of a signal charge sweeping-out pulse used to discharge the signal charges of the respective pixels just after the signal charges are read out during an exposing time period immediately before a read out operation is transferred from the thinning read out mode to the all-pixel read out mode.
