  • Patent number: 10648902
Abstract: A spectrophotometer 1 comprises a control unit 45 with a warming-up determination unit 452 that determines the completion of a warming-up based on a variation amount of a detection signal in a predetermined duration when a light detector 7 detects a light from a sample chamber without loading the sample. Specifically, the warming-up determination unit 452 calculates a difference between a signal intensity of the detection signal detected by the light detector 7 at the time when the predetermined time passes and a signal intensity of the detection signal detected by the light detector 7 at a previous time and determines that a warming-up is complete when a value of the difference is less than a first threshold value. The warming-up determination unit 452 automatically determines the completion of warming-up independently from the determination by the user.

  • Patent number: 10586353
Abstract: Information of plant based on color of a surface of plant is acquired from image data obtained by imaging plant, allowing to acquire information of plant at low cost, compared to chlorophyll meter or spectroscopic analyzer. In crop production like rice plant, fertilization management including fertilizer application management like fertilizer amount determination, or other agricultural works, is supported through a smart phone or the like based on data to be observed, like converted leaf color value is calculated from image data obtained by crop imaging. Camera is connected to smart phone. Converted leaf color value can be obtained from image data obtained by imaging leaf of rice plant by camera. Converted leaf color value is transmitted to management server, for example, amount information of applied fertilizer is required in case where converted leaf color value is less than standard, can be obtained as management information for fertilizer application management.

  • Publication number: 20200057549
Abstract: In the touch panel device, when a slide operation in an oblique direction by a user is performed, out of a content displayed on the display screen 11 at that time, a region surrounded by an imaginary rectangle in which a start point Pa and an end point Pb of the slide operation are opposing corners and either one side of the imaginary rectangle is parallel to either one side of the display screen is displayed in an enlarged manner so as to fill the entirety of the predetermined region 12 of the display screen 11. With this, an intuitive display enlargement operation can be performed even for a touch panel device not supporting a multi-touch operation.

  • Patent number: 9562812
Abstract: A temperature measuring device of a power semiconductor apparatus that accurately detects chip temperature even where a gradient of the measured characteristic line segment is different from a designed gradient, including a chip temperature detecting circuit that includes an A/D converter delivering a measurement value of a digital converted forward voltage across a temperature detecting diode and an operational processing unit for calibration and chip temperature calculation. In calibration processing, different known reference voltages are applied by a reference connected in place of the diode and a gradient of the line segment connecting the measurement values is calculated. The gradient is stored in a memory with an offset correction value that is one of the measurement values. A chip temperature is calculated based on a forward voltage across the diode calculated based on the measurement value and the stored values of the gradient and the offset correction value.

  • Patent number: 9091234
Abstract: A housing for a vehicle component includes a first case and a second case. The first case has an opening and a retainer hole at an edge of the opening. The second case has an opening and a protrusion at an edge of the opening. With the protrusion engaged with the retainer hole, the openings of the first case and the second case are selectively opened and closed by pivoting the second case with respect to the first case. The first case and the second case have separation portions. When the second case is pivoted in the opening direction, the separation portions engage with each other to move the first case and the second case relative to each other such that the protrusion is pulled out of the retainer hole.

  • Patent number: 8991381
Abstract: The present invention provides a method of cutting a workpiece efficiently with high accuracy by utilizing tension adjusters to approximate tension in a wire in a wire saw to a predetermined target tension while effectively reducing only tension in a winder-side wire. The method comprises a forward-driven cutting step of cutting a workpiece while moving a wire forward, a first switching step of reversing a driving direction of the wire, a backward-driven cutting step of cutting the workpiece while moving the wire backward, and a second switching step of reversing a driving direction of the wire and returning to the forward-driven cutting step, the steps being repeated in this order. In both switching steps, only tension in a winder-side wire is reduced by tension manipulators. A reduction in target wire tension therefor is performed after completion of deceleration of the wire in each switching step.

  • Patent number: 8881716
Abstract: The present invention provides a wire saw which cuts a workpiece using a cutting wire and is capable of adjusting wire tension with high responsiveness. The wire saw includes first and second workpiece cutting units 1A and 1B. Each of the workpiece cutting units 1A and 1B includes a pair of guide rollers 10a and 10b around which a wire W is wound to form a workpiece-cutting wire group. The wire saw further includes a tension detector 18 which detects tension in the wire W between the workpiece cutting units 1A and 1B, and a control device 50. The control device 50 changes a rotational speed of the guide rollers 10a and 10b of at least one of the workpiece cutting units based on the tension detected by the tension detector 18 so as to keep the tension within an acceptable range.

  • Patent number: 8767204
Abstract: A spectrophotometer 10 includes built-in detector 24 and external detector 32. When a mountable/removable optical path switcher 23a is installed in a specimen chamber 23, measurement based on detection signals from built-in detector 24 is replaced by measurement based on detection signals from external detector 32. The spectrophotometer further includes a measurement data threshold-value storage unit 51 that stores threshold value T for measurement data from built-in detector 24 or external detector 32, and a light-receiving detector recognition unit 52 that recognizes which detector is able to receive the measuring light beam based on the results of a comparison between threshold value T and measurement data from built-in detector 24 or external detector 32 while the measuring light beam is being introduced into specimen chamber 23.
