  • Patent number: 6012604
Abstract: An article dispensing device is incorporated into an automatic vending machine capable of storing articles having a cylindrical or substantially cylindrical shape resembling bottles or cans in stacks, and of dispensing the articles in response to a dispensation command. The article dispensing device has a fixed plate serving as a wall defining an article dispensing passage, and holding a dispensing mechanism for dispensing the articles one at a time, and a movable unit disposed opposite to the fixed plate. The movable unit has a frame attached to the body of the automatic vending machine, a shiftable plate supported on the side walls of the frame by pivot pins fitted in slots formed respectively in the side walls and provided with a positioning projection projecting from at least one end thereof so as to engage with steps of a stepped positioning edge formed in the side wall selectively according to the diameter of the article passing through the dispensing passage.

  • Patent number: 5998866
Abstract: A plurality of connecting leads, each consisting of an internal lead and an external lead, are provided so as to extend inward from a lead frame main body, and are then cut off the lead frame main body. The connecting leads are electrically connected with an aluminum electrode of the semiconductor chip. A plurality of fixing leads, each having a distal end bent toward the semiconductor, are provided so as to extend inward from the lead frame main body and thereafter are cut off the lead frame main body. The semiconductor chip is clamped by the distal ends of the fixing leads. The semiconductor chip, the plural connecting leads and the plural fixing leads are sealed together into a resin package.

  • Patent number: 5708293
Abstract: In a unit part of a lead frame for mounting a semiconductor chip, connecting leads and supporting leads extending from a lead frame main body toward a semiconductor chip mounting region are formed. Between each supporting lead and the lead frame main body, a movable part and a spring part for elastically supporting the movable part are disposed. The tip portion of the supporting lead connected with the movable part extends to the inside of the semiconductor chip mounting region in the natural state of the movable part, so that the tip portion butts against the side face of a semiconductor chip when the semiconductor chip is mounted. Thus, the semiconductor chip can be supported and fixed by using a bias force applied by the spring part. The base portions of the supporting leads, the movable part and the spring part do not remain in a package, and hence do not cause a stress in the package and do not increase the volume of the package.

  • Patent number: 4740661
Abstract: A common contact and at least one fixed contact are planted on an insulating bottom panel of an insulating case. A movable contact piece formed by bending a conductive spring material into a U-shape to have a pair of opposed contact leaves is pivotally mounted on the common contact so that it is turned from side to side by an actuator such as a push button or toggle lever. As the movable contact piece turns from one side to the other, it makes sliding contact with the fixed contact gripping it between the pair of opposed contact leaves.

  • Patent number: 4223337
Abstract: An integrated circuit device is provided with a divided electrode pad which permits checking the electrical characteristics of individual circuit elements before assembly into a package housing. After testing, the divided electrode pad is connected by thermally bonding one end of a single lead wire or the like to the divided parts.

  • Patent number: 4118743
Abstract: A cassette-type magnetic tape recorder/player has a movable plate mounted on its deck for reciprocating movement between reproduction and non-reproduction positions. At least a second slide member is also mounted on the deck and likewise biased toward the reproduction position. The movable plate carries a magnetic head and a pivotally mounted pinch roller which engages a rotatably driven capstan mounted on the deck. The second slide member can be manually moved to a second position where it engages and moves a magnetic actuator which, in turn, serves to pivot the pinch roller out of contact with the capstan. The magnetic actuator is surrounded by an electromagnetic coil which serves, when activated, to hold the magnetic actuator in the position where it disengages the pinch roller. The coil is activated responsive to the detection of blank zones on the magnetic tape.
