  • Patent number: 11871118
Abstract: A video processing apparatus includes a light irradiation unit, a video acquisition unit, a motion detection unit, and an imaging control unit. The light irradiation unit irradiates a face of an object of shooting with light. The video acquisition unit acquires a video capturing the face of the object of shooting. The motion detection unit detects a speed of motion of at least a portion of the face in the video acquired by the video acquisition unit. The imaging control unit changes an open period of a shutter in the video acquisition unit and a light emission intensity of the light irradiation unit based on the speed detected by the motion detection unit.

  • Publication number: 20230419490
Abstract: A video acquisition unit in an open or closed eye determination apparatus acquires video data from a camera. A face orientation detection unit detects a face orientation based on a face image in the video data acquired by the video acquisition unit. An eye image extraction unit extracts an eye image including an eye region based on the face image in the video data acquired by the video acquisition unit. An open or closed eye determination unit determines an open or closed eye state based on an amount of eye openness acquired from the eye image, an open eye reference value, and a closed eye reference value. The open or closed eye determination unit has the open eye reference value and the closed eye reference value corresponding to a face orientation and switches the open eye reference value and the closed eye reference value based on the face orientation.

  • Publication number: 20230017282
Abstract: A passenger detector identifies biometric information of a passenger on board a vehicle from a video captured by a camera that captures the inside of the cabin of the vehicle and specifies the boarding position of the passenger. A determiner determines whether or not a mobile terminal associated with the biometric information identified by the passenger detector is in a state of being connectable by near field communication. In a case where there is a plurality of mobile terminals determined by the determiner to be in a state of being connectable by near field communication, a decider decides a mobile terminal to be connected by near field communication on the basis of boarding positions of a plurality of passengers specified by a plurality of pieces of biometric information associated with the plurality of mobile terminals. A communication controller connects the mobile terminal decided by the decider and the vehicle device by near field communication.

  • Patent number: 11363211
Abstract: Provided are an image generation control device, an image generation control method, and an image generation control program that are capable of generating an image of an object to be imaged positioned in a vicinity of an imaging-hindering light source with high precision. In an image generation control device, based on luminance variation within a target area including the imaging-hindering light source and the object to be imaged, a calculation unit calculates an expected light-off period during which the imaging-hindering light source is turned off. An image-capturing control unit, by setting an exposure period of an image-capturing unit within the expected light-off period calculated by the calculation unit, makes the image-capturing unit capture an image including the target area within the expected light-off period.

  • Publication number: 20210357619
Abstract: A video processing device includes a video acquirer, a video recognition unit, a luminance value acquirer, and a luminance adjuster. The video acquirer acquires a video in which the face of an image capture object is captured. The video recognition unit recognizes an iris part and an eyelid part in a video acquired by the video acquirer. The luminance value acquirer acquires a luminance value of each of the iris part and the eyelid part recognized by the video recognition unit. The luminance adjuster adjusts a luminance value of a video such that the luminance values of the iris part and the eyelid part acquired by the luminance value acquirer respectively become closer to a certain iris luminance upper threshold in the iris part and a certain eyelid luminance lower threshold in the eyelid part.

  • Patent number: 10465429
Abstract: A controller includes an imaging unit, a reception unit, a detection unit, and an opening/closing control unit. The imaging unit acquires an image of a peripheral area P of an opening/closing body provided in a main body part (vehicle body). The reception unit receives, from a first terminal that transmits a first signal of a predetermined strength, the first signal. The detection unit detects a motion of a subject included in the image. The opening/closing control unit controls an opening operation of the opening/closing body when a change in a reception strength of the first signal received by the reception unit represents a change synchronizing with the detected motion of the subject.

  • Patent number: 8829708
Abstract: An in-vehicle apparatus control system controls an in-vehicle apparatus installed in a vehicle. Voltage-change pattern data that indicates change in voltage level is stored as associated with elapse of time, the voltage levels being detected for each of a plurality of periods decided based on an operating condition of an engine of the vehicle. Voltage levels of a battery installed in the vehicle are detected for the respective periods. It is determined whether the detected voltage levels match the stored voltage-change pattern data. The in-vehicle apparatus is controlled to operate in normal operation only if it is determined that the detected voltage levels match the stored voltage-change pattern data.

  • Publication number: 20120109760
Abstract: An orderer who has placed an order for goods is guided in accordance with a guidance program. Goods preparation-time information is stored that indicates goods for which an orderer has placed an order and a preparation time required for preparing the goods. A preparation complete time required for completing the preparation of the goods is derived by using the stored goods preparation-time information and using ordered goods information indicating the goods when the ordered goods information based on the order placement by the orderer is received. Guide information is generated for guiding the orderer based on the derived preparation complete time.

  • Publication number: 20080122794
Abstract: Belt-shaped image display means (152) sets a reference position for a belt-shaped image (161) and an extension direction position as a length in the extension direction of the belt-shaped image (161) from the reference position. A greater extension direction position corresponds to an element of a greater number when the belt-shaped image (161) is displayed on a touch display (159). Touch position detection means (153) detects a user touch position on the belt-shaped image (161). Touch correspondence number calculation means (154) calculates a number assigned to the user touch position according to the user touch position and N as a touch correspondence number. Modification instruction means (155) instructs list partial display means (151) so as to display a list part (160) relating to the element of the N1 serial numbers including the touch correspondence number on a touch display (159).
