  • Patent number: 6449981
Abstract: An air passage controlling system for selecting an air outlet mode of an air conditioning apparatus includes a driving shaft, an intermediate shaft, a driven shaft and a film door disposed between the shafts. The film door has a door opening through which air flows, and is disposed inside an air duct to be opposite to a duct opening of the air duct. The duct opening is opened and closed by moving the film door to select an air outlet mode. The driving shaft and the driven shaft are respectively connected to a driving pulley and a driven pulley which are linked via a wire. The driving shaft is rotated by a DC motor, and a rotation angle of the driving shaft is detected by a multi-rotation type potentiometer. The DC motor is controlled by an ECU according to the detected rotation angle of the driving shaft so that the film door is moved to a set position.

  • Patent number: 5556570
Abstract: The invention provides a carbonaceous ferromagnetic material consisting substantially of carbon alone as prepared by the carbonization of a specific aromatic compound, such as phenazine and indigo, to such an extent that the hydrogen atoms in the starting aromatic compound are eliminated as completely as possible but graphitization of the carbonization product does not take place by conducting the carbonization treatment at a temperature not exceeding 800.degree. C. The carbonization reaction can be promoted by admixing the aromatic compound with a compound of a ferromagnetic metallic element such as cobalt chloride, which is removed from the carbonization product by dissolving away with hydrochloric acid and ammonia water. Elimination of hydrogen atoms from the aromatic compound can be more complete by conducting the heat treatment for the carbonization in an atmosphere containing a halogen-generating agent such as carbon tetrachloride.

  • Patent number: 5501565
Abstract: A device for storing plate-from parts such as lead frames including an elevator which carries and positions a storing magazine that receives the lead frames and a loading conveyor which conveys the lead frames to the storing magazine. The loading conveyor is computer-operated so as to shift via a feed screw in a horizontal and perpendicular direction relative to a direction in which the lead frames are transferred. The line position of the loading conveyor is automatically adjusted to match the line position of a transporting conveyor which supplies the lead frames to the loading conveyor and also to match the line position of the storing magazine.

  • Patent number: 5435681
Abstract: A pusher device for pushing plate-form articles such as lead frames including a pusher for feeding out a lead frame, a pusher supporting plate rotatably holding the pusher and having a stopper section that regulates the rotation of the pusher so as to bring a pushing section of the pusher to a lowest position, a coil spring which urges the pusher toward the stopper section of the pusher supporting plate, a cylinder which reciprocates the pusher supporting plate, and a spring-up operation plate which, cooperative with the stopper section of the pusher supporting plate, defines the rotational movement of the pusher. Thus, the pusher is withdrawn from an area into which the lead frame is transferred and then takes a posture to feed the lead frame to, for example, a bonding machine.
