Abstract: A retaining apparatus (H) for retaining a room accessory such as a mirror assembly (4) comprises a base (1), a linear spring (2), and a base inner (3). The linear spring (2) includes linear parts (21) and a curved part (22), which are connected together with hairpin parts (23). A base (1) is attached between the linear parts (21) while a flange (39) provided at the base inner (3) is attached inside the curved part (22). The flange (39) is provided at a socket (38). A pivot (52) of a stay 5 of the mirror assembly (4) is pressed into the socket (38).

Abstract: To provide a camera built-in type rearview mirror device with illumination, wherein rigidity of the mirror housing can be raised, the camera main body part can photo a clear picture by extensive photographing feasible viewing angle through a transparent cover, and built-in of the camera module is simple. Mirror housing 2 includes concave part 2C formed in an opening manner downwardly which is arranged in the vicinity of photographing window 2B where lens 5B of the camera main body part 5A is faced, and capable of accommodating an illumination light source. For this reason, opening area of the photographing window 2B is decreased. Also, the circumference of the photographing window 2B is reinforced by the cross-sectional box type form of the concave part 2C. Especially a bulge part with circular curved section is formed so that the lens of the camera main body part may rush in, to thereby decrease the opening area of the photographing window further. Then rigidity of the mirror housing 2 is further raised.

Abstract: A contaminant removal head is disposed on a holder which is movable along a printing cylinder. The contaminant removal head includes a timing belt having a plurality of contaminant removal blades disposed at a predetermined pitch along the timing belt. The timing belt is rotatably disposed on a pair of spaced-apart timing pulleys driven by a motor that intermittently rotates the timing belt. A control unit controls the motor to position one of the contaminant removal blades adjacent the printing cylinder to remove contaminants therefrom. After contaminants have been removed from the printing cylinder, the motor rotates the timing belt to position a portion of the timing belt between adjacent contaminant removal blades adjacent the printing cylinder.
