  • Patent number: 9194483
Abstract: To a side surface of the rotor on a pump side is formed with a tubular unit which extends towards the pump side, and an oil reservoir unit which accumulates a lubricating oil discharged from the pump is provided to an inner peripheral surface of the tubular unit. To the oil reservoir unit, a communicating hole which communicates the oil reservoir unit and a side surface of the rotor on a planetary gear mechanism side, is formed. The lubricating oil flowing from the oil reservoir unit via the communicating hole is guided to a carrier of the planetary gear mechanism.

  • Patent number: 8925410
Abstract: A synchronizer for a transmission includes a shift rail, a first sleeve, a second sleeve, and a stopper. The shift rail includes a first shift fork and a second shift fork that are provided integrally with each other. The first sleeve is movable in a first direction along an axial direction from a predetermined first standby position to synchronize a first gear with a rotating shaft. The second sleeve is movable in a second direction along the axial direction from a predetermined second standby position to synchronize a second gear with the rotating shaft. A distance between the second sleeve at the predetermined second standby position and the stopper in the axial direction is smaller than a distance between the first sleeve at the predetermined first standby position and the third gear in the axial direction.

  • Patent number: 8893582
Abstract: A bearing locking mechanism capable of surely preventing dropping of a bearing, without increasing size of a transmission, is provided. In a bearing locking mechanism in which a bearing G3c of a rotating body G3b axially supported by a transmission case 7 rotationally is prevented from dropping from the transmission case 7, a transmission 1 is equipped with a brake B1 provided so as to be adjacent to the bearing G3c, the brake B1 is equipped with a fixing member B1a to be fixed to the transmission case 7, and the bearing G3c is prevented from dropping from the transmission case 7 by the fixing member B1a engaging with a side surface in an axial direction of the bearing G3c.

  • Publication number: 20140342868
Abstract: A carrier and a pinion of a transmission are lubricated more efficiently. To a side surface of the rotor MGb on a pump 8 side is formed with a tubular unit 84 which extends towards the pump 8 side, and an oil reservoir unit 85 which accumulates a lubricating oil discharged from the pump 8 is provided to an inner peripheral surface of the tubular unit 84. To the oil reservoir unit 85, a communicating hole 83a which communicates the oil reservoir unit 85 and a side surface of the rotor MGb on a planetary gear mechanism PG side, is formed. The lubricating oil flowing from the oil reservoir unit 85 via the communicating hole 83a is guided to a carrier Ca of the planetary gear mechanism PG.
