Patent number: 12050691Abstract: A security processing device which manages a device related to operation control of a vehicle includes a non-transitory computer-readable medium configured to store instructions executable by one or more processors. The non-transitory computer readable medium includes a non-secure area in which a mounted program is capable of being changed from an outside and a secure area in which a mounted program is incapable of being changed from the outside. The instructions cause a code of an operation program in the non-secure area to perform the operation control of the vehicle, and a diagnosis program in the secure area to diagnose an abnormality of the code of the operation program. When the abnormality of the operation program in the non-secure area is diagnosed, the instructions cause the diagnosis program in the secure area to determine a type of the abnormality and execute processing on a basis of the determined type.Type: GrantFiled: July 7, 2020Date of Patent: July 30, 2024Assignee: HITACHI ASTEMO, LTD.Inventors: Naoyuki Yamamoto, Hiroki Yamazaki, Hitoshi Kawaguchi

Publication number: 20230115760Abstract: Provided is an in-vehicle device capable of switching as to whether to make a diagnosis or not when the identification number of the vehicle is not registered in the server. The in-vehicle device 1 includes an OTA center communicating unit 2 (first communication circuit) that establishes wireless communication with an OTA center 300 (server), a memory 1b (first memory) that stores therein diagnosis permission information 4 (first information) indicating diagnosis permitted or diagnosis not permitted, and a CPU 1a (first processor). When the VIN (identification number) of the vehicle 11 having the in-vehicle device 1 onboard is not registered in the OTA center 300 and the diagnosis permission information 4 indicates diagnosis permitted, the CPU 1a makes a diagnosis of the in-vehicle device 1 and stores the result.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 25, 2020Publication date: April 13, 2023Applicant: HITACHI ASTEMO, LTD.Inventors: Naoyuki YAMAMOTO, Hitoshi KAWAGUCHI

Patent number: 11374786Abstract: The invention realizes a gateway device capable of shortening the time required for routing to a CAN bus of the opposite microcomputer side and reducing the delay of data transfer. If the indexes are the same, a microcomputer 1 and a microcomputer 2 include common routing tables 10 and 20 in which the same contents are defined. The microcomputer 1 sends the index to the microcomputer 2. The microcomputer 2 that has received the index reads the routing rule defined in the common routing table 20 by the received index.Type: GrantFiled: May 15, 2019Date of Patent: June 28, 2022Assignee: HITACHI ASTEMO, LTD.Inventors: Shuhei Kaneko, Hitoshi Kawaguchi

Patent number: 10080294Abstract: Terminal portions are arrayed at regular widths and regular intervals, and each face any enable terminal, and are electrically connected to the enable terminals by conductive particles. A lead portion is connected to the other terminal portion except for a pair of terminal portions which is a pair of terminal portions adjacent to each other, and extends from an overlap region to a lead region. A connection portion connects the respective terminal portions that are not connected with the lead portion to the adjacent terminal portions that are connected to the lead portion within an area of the overlap region. An interval between a pair of lead portions extending from a pair of connection portions located to sandwich a pair of terminal portions that are not connected with the lead portion therebetween is larger than an interval between the other adjacent lead portions.Type: GrantFiled: December 19, 2017Date of Patent: September 18, 2018Assignee: Japan Display Inc.Inventors: Hideaki Abe, Yasushi Nakano, Hitoshi Kawaguchi, Ryouhei Suzuki
