  • Publication number: 20210246516
Abstract: The invention provides a selecting method for domestic rabbits with a agouti/Belgian hair color based on homozygous genotype selection. The purification method is applicable to purification of various domestic rabbits with the agouti/Belgian hair color. The method includes the following steps: firstly, selecting the domestic rabbits with a hair color phenotype which is the agouti/Belgian hair color; then detecting an ASIP gene, a MC1R gene and a TYR gene at the same time by utilizing a first primer set, a second primer set and a third primer set; screening the domestic rabbits with genotypes of AA (corresponding to the ASIP gene), EE (corresponding to the MC1R gene) and CC (corresponding to the TYR gene). The domestic rabbits with the genotype of AAEECC, which are obtained by the screening method of the invention, are agouti/Belgian hair color homozygotes and the recessive white gene is eliminated.

  • Publication number: 20210239879
Abstract: A method for partitioning a search direction when using least squares reverse time migration (LSRTM) is provided. LSRTM may be used iteratively in order to improve imaging accuracy. As part of LSRTM, multiple local line searches may be performed. In particular, image space may be partitioned, such as by using a set of masks. The search direction, such as the gradient, may be partitioned using the set of masks. Local line searches may be performed for each partition of the search direction, resulting in finding respective line search constants. The respective line search constants may then be used for iterating the model in order to improve imaging accuracy.

  • Publication number: 20210116891
Abstract: Systems and methods provide a new paradigm of Advanced Process Control that includes building and deploying APC seed models. Embodiments provide automated data cleansing and selection in model identification and adaption in multivariable process control (MPC) techniques. Rather than plant pre-testing onsite for building APC seed models, the embodiments help APC engineers to build APC seed models from existing plant historical data with self-learning automation and pattern recognition, AI techniques. Embodiments further provide “growing” and “calibrating” the APC seed models online with non-invasive closed loop step testing techniques. PID loops and associated SP, PV, and OPs are searched and identified. Only “informative moves” data is screened, identified, and selected among a long history of process variables for seed model development and MPC application.

  • Patent number: 10957915
Abstract: The disclosure includes a platinum-based alloy catalyst and a preparation method thereof, a membrane electrode and a fuel cell. The method for preparing the platinum-based alloy catalyst comprises the following steps: (1) preparing nano-sized alloy particles of platinum and 3d transition metal; (2) carrying out acid treatment on the alloy particles prepared in step (1); and (3) annealing the alloy particles treated in step (2). The size of the platinum-based alloy particles is controlled, an atom number ratio of platinum to transition metal in the platinum-based alloy is controlled, and then etching and dissolution of acid is combined so that an atom number ratio of platinum to transition metal is further controlled, subsequently annealing is carried out at high temperature. The prepared platinum-based alloy catalyst improves the stability and durability of the platinum-based alloy catalyst, which supports the large-scale application of the platinum-based alloy catalyst in the fuel cell.

  • Patent number: 10921759
Abstract: Embodiments are directed to computer methods and systems that build and deploy a pattern model to detect an operating event in an online plant process. To build the pattern model, the methods and systems define a signature of the operating event, such that the defined signature contains a time series pattern for a KPI associated with the operating event. The methods and systems deploy the pattern model to automatically monitor, during online execution of the plant process, trends in movement of the KPI as a time series. The methods and systems determine, in real-time, a distance score between a range of the monitored time series and the time series pattern contained in the defined signature. The methods and systems automatically detect the operating event in the online industrial process based on the determined distance score, and alter parameters of the process (e.g., valves, actuators, etc.) to prevent the operating event.

  • Publication number: 20210041589
Abstract: Seismic data processing may include computing the travel time shift between two seismic signals or the depth shift between two seismic images. In Full Waveform Inversion (FWI), the travel time difference between an observed trace and a simulated trace may be computed such that the two traces match after the travel time shift is applied to the observed trace. The travel time shift may be computed based on a constrained optimization that maximizes the windowed cross-correlation between the two seismic traces by constraining the time derivative of the travel time shift to be less than a constant while maximizing the windowed cross-correlation. Further, the travel time shift may be computed during the model line search in FWI by computing a plurality of travel time shifts where a first travel time shift is dependent on the observed trace and a second travel time shift is independent of the observed trace.
