  • Publication number: 20220041644
Abstract: A cyclic dinucleotide analogue, a pharmaceutical composition thereof, and application. A cyclic dinucleotide analogue (I), an isomer thereof, a prodrug, a stable isotope derivative, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt has the following structure. The cyclic dinucleotide analogue can be used as a regulator of a stimulator of interferon genes (STING) and a related signal path thereof, and can effectively treat and/or relieve multiple types of diseases, including but not limited to malignant tumors, inflammations, autoimmune diseases, and infectious diseases. In addition, the STING regulator can also be used as a vaccine adjuvant.

  • Patent number: 10993476
Abstract: The present invention discloses an electronic smoking device, comprising a power supply, a controller and a heater, wherein the heater is a cylindrical shape having in the middle a heating chamber into which a cigarette is inserted, and the heater comprises at least one heating unit comprising an electronic switch and an annular electric heating element; and the electric heating element is connected to the power supply by the electronic switch, and a control terminal of the electronic switch is connected to a control signal output terminal of the controller. In the present invention, tobacco in a cigarette is heated by an electric heater so that a smoker can just smoke nicotine produced by heating the tobacco. The electric heater will not produce naked flame and therefore the heated tobacco will not produce tar and carbon monoxide, so that the harm of the tobacco to the smoker can be reduced.

  • Publication number: 20100228066
Abstract: The present invention provides an integrated process for the production of p-xylene, comprising the steps of A) separating a mixed feedstock containing benzene, toluene, C8 aromatic hydrocarbons, C9 and higher aromatic hydrocarbons, and non-aromatic hydrocarbons from a reforming unit, to obtain a first benzene stream, a first toluene stream, a first C8 aromatic hydrocarbon stream, a stream of C9 and higher aromatic hydrocarbons, and a stream of non-aromatic hydrocarbons; B) feeding the stream of C9 and higher aromatic hydrocarbons from step A) to a C9 and higher aromatic hydrocarbon dealkylation unit, where dealkylation reaction occurs in the presence of hydrogen, and separating the reaction effluent to obtain a second benzene stream, a second toluene stream, and a second C8 aromatic hydrocarbon stream; C) feeding both the first toluene stream and the second toluene stream to a toluene selective disproportionation unit, where toluene selective disproportionation reaction occurs in the presence of hydrogen to

  • Patent number: 7109389
Abstract: A process for the disproportionation and transalkylation of toluene and the heavy aromatics comprises: subjecting a first stream of toluene, and a stream enriched in aromatics of nine carbon atoms to toluene disproportionation and transalkylation reactions in the presence of hydrogen in a first reaction zone to produce a first product mixture comprising benzene, aromatics of eight carbon atoms and heavy aromatics of ten and more carbon atoms; subjecting a second stream of toluene, and a stream enriched in heavy aromatics of ten and more carbon atoms to transalkylation reaction in the presence of hydrogen in a second reaction zone to produce a second product mixture comprising benzene, aromatics of eight carbon atoms and aromatics of nine carbon atoms; and isolating and recovering benzene and aromatics of eight carbon atoms from the first and second product mixtures.

  • Patent number: 6867339
Abstract: A complete new process for producing p-xylene is provided to solve the problems in the prior arts of the great amount of benzene as a by-product and the requirement of low content of C10+ heavy aromatics in the feedstock. The process comprises first subjecting benzene and C9+ aromatics to alkyl transfer reaction to produce toluene and C8 aromatics, then conducting toluene selective disproportionation, and molecular sieve adsorptive separation and isomerization of C8 aromatics, to obtain p-xylene.
