Publication number: 20220041644Abstract: A cyclic dinucleotide analogue, a pharmaceutical composition thereof, and application. A cyclic dinucleotide analogue (I), an isomer thereof, a prodrug, a stable isotope derivative, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt has the following structure. The cyclic dinucleotide analogue can be used as a regulator of a stimulator of interferon genes (STING) and a related signal path thereof, and can effectively treat and/or relieve multiple types of diseases, including but not limited to malignant tumors, inflammations, autoimmune diseases, and infectious diseases. In addition, the STING regulator can also be used as a vaccine adjuvant.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 18, 2019Publication date: February 10, 2022Inventors: Zhaolong TONG, Ping QIN, Fengtao LIU, Jinglu WANG, Xiaolei DENG, Hongli GUO, Dawei CHEN, Daxin GAO

Patent number: 10993476Abstract: The present invention discloses an electronic smoking device, comprising a power supply, a controller and a heater, wherein the heater is a cylindrical shape having in the middle a heating chamber into which a cigarette is inserted, and the heater comprises at least one heating unit comprising an electronic switch and an annular electric heating element; and the electric heating element is connected to the power supply by the electronic switch, and a control terminal of the electronic switch is connected to a control signal output terminal of the controller. In the present invention, tobacco in a cigarette is heated by an electric heater so that a smoker can just smoke nicotine produced by heating the tobacco. The electric heater will not produce naked flame and therefore the heated tobacco will not produce tar and carbon monoxide, so that the harm of the tobacco to the smoker can be reduced.Type: GrantFiled: June 13, 2018Date of Patent: May 4, 2021Assignee: SHENZHEN YUKAN TECHNOLOGY CO., LTDInventor: Hongli Guo

Patent number: 6867339Abstract: A complete new process for producing p-xylene is provided to solve the problems in the prior arts of the great amount of benzene as a by-product and the requirement of low content of C10+ heavy aromatics in the feedstock. The process comprises first subjecting benzene and C9+ aromatics to alkyl transfer reaction to produce toluene and C8 aromatics, then conducting toluene selective disproportionation, and molecular sieve adsorptive separation and isomerization of C8 aromatics, to obtain p-xylene.Type: GrantFiled: March 19, 2003Date of Patent: March 15, 2005Assignees: China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation, Shanghai Research Institute of Petrochemical Technology SinopecInventors: Dejin Kong, Weisheng Yang, Hongli Guo, Huaying Li
