A semiconductor package may include an interposer, a semiconductor die bonded to a first side of the interposer, an encapsulant on the first side of the interposer encircling the semiconductor die, a substrate bonded to the a second side of the interposer, an underfill between the interposer and the substrate, and one or more of dam structures on the substrate. The one or more dam structures may be disposed adjacent respective corners of the interposer and may be in direct contact with the underfill. The coefficient of thermal expansion of the one or more of dam structures may be smaller than the coefficient of thermal expansion of the underfill.

The processor generates a random code K1 and transmits the random code K1 to the function component; the function component encrypts the random code K1 and the identification code ID to generate a key ID1. The processor further obtains the key ID1 from the function component and decrypts the key ID1 to generate an identification code ID2, and determines whether the identification code ID2 is the same as the ID and executes the system login command if the identification code ID2 is the same as the identification code ID. An anti-counterfeiting method is also provided.

The input unit generates flipping commands in response to operations of a user. The memory stores a document. The processor displays the document in response to a document opening operation of the user, retrieves a predetermined page range of pages of the document from the memory, and stores the retrieved pages of the document in the buffer. The page flipping control unit receives the flipping commands, accesses the buffer, and flips pages on the display. The switching unit is connected to the memory, the display, and the buffer, and establishes a connection between the display, the buffer and the processor or establishes a connection between the display, the buffer, and the page flipping control unit under control of the processor.

The monitoring unit includes a testing module, a storage module, a comparing module, and a signal generating module. The CPU falls into standby mode when the electronic device is in the sleep mode. When the comparing module determines any one of one or more parameters of a battery which supplies power to the electronic device measured by the testing module is not within a corresponding predetermined range stored in the storage module, the signal generating module generates signals to awake the CPU. The awaked CPU executes protection operation to protect the electronic device. A related method is also provided.
