    Abstract: A method includes forming a multi-layer stack comprising dummy layers and semiconductor layers located alternatingly, and forming a plurality of dummy gate stacks on sidewalls and a top surface of the multi-layer stack. Two of the plurality of dummy gate stacks are immediately neighboring each other, and have a space in between. A first source/drain region and a second source/drain region are formed in the multi-layer stack, with the second source/drain region overlapping the first source/drain region. The method further includes replacing the plurality of dummy gate stacks with a plurality of replacement gate stacks, replacing a first one of the plurality of replacement gate stacks with a first dielectric isolation region, forming a deep contact plug in the space, forming a front-side via over the deep contact plug, and forming a back-side via under the deep contact plug, wherein the front-side via is electrically connected to the back-side via through the deep contact plug.

The reflective layer reflects off light from the light-emitting part, and the face reflector and/or the at least one dot reflector reflect light to pass through the through hole of the spacer and then illuminate upward through the translucent covering structure and further through the opening of the base plate.

    Abstract: In a method of manufacturing a photo mask for lithography, circuit pattern data are acquired. A pattern density, which is a total pattern area per predetermined area, is calculated from the circuit pattern data. Dummy pattern data for areas having pattern density less than a threshold density are generated. Mask drawing data is generated from the circuit pattern data and the dummy pattern data. By using an electron beam from an electron beam lithography apparatus, patterns are drawn according to the mask drawing data on a resist layer formed on a mask blank substrate. The drawn resist layer is developed using a developing solution. Dummy patterns included in the dummy pattern data are not printed as a photo mask pattern when the resist layer is exposed with the electron beam and is developed.

    Abstract: A biological particle enrichment apparatus and a pico-droplet generator thereof are provided. The pico-droplet generator includes a container, a hollow needle connected to the container, a first piezoelectric member disposed on the container, and a second piezoelectric member disposed on the hollow needle. The container can receive a liquid specimen having biological particles. The hollow needle and the container are fluid communicated with each other, and an inner diameter of the container is within a range from 5 times to 30 times of an inner diameter of the hollow needle. The first piezoelectric member is annularly disposed on a surrounding lateral side of the container, and enables the biological particles in the container to move along a direction away from the surrounding lateral side by vibrating the container. The second piezoelectric member can squeeze the hollow needle, so that the liquid specimen flows outwardly to form a pico-droplet.

    Abstract: A biological particle analysis method is provided and includes the following steps: fluorescence staining a liquid specimen through a fluorescence staining process so as to enable a target biological particle in the liquid specimen to becomes a fluorescence; accommodating the liquid specimen into a pico-droplet generator and using a camera device to take a real-time image of the liquid specimen; using the pico-droplet generator to output a target pico-droplet having the target biological particle onto a biochip according to the real-time image; removing the fluorescent color of the target biological particle in the target pico-droplet through a washing process; and fluorescence staining the target biological particle captured by the biochip at multiple times through the fluorescence staining process and the washing process, so as to obtain a plurality of fluorescence images respectively corresponding to multiple kinds of biological characterization expressions.

The transparent adhesive layer is closely attached to and between the reflective layer and the light-guiding layer corresponding to the surface microstructure. The keyswitch backlight structure and the base plate are stacked. The supporting mechanism is connected to and between the base plate and the keycap for lifting the keycap relative to the base plate. Light entering the light-guiding layer exits the light-guiding layer through the light-emitting surface to illuminate a transparent indication area of the keycap.

    Abstract: A backlight module includes a lighting board, a light guide panel, a shielding sheet, and a protrusion structure. The lighting board includes two non-intersected traces, a plurality of microstructure regions and at least one illuminant unit. The illuminant unit is connected between the microstructure regions. The microstructure regions do not overlap with the two non-intersected traces. The light guide panel is disposed above the lighting board, and the shielding sheet is disposed above the light guide panel. The protrusion structure is formed on the shielding sheet, protrudes towards the lighting board, and is between the microstructure regions. The protrusion structure diffuses light of the illuminant unit at an early section of its light path to enter into the light guide panel for lateral transmission. The plural microstructure regions reflect and recycle the light at a following section of the light path to jointly enhance the uniformity of illuminating a keycap.
