Abstract: A door hinge for recessed installation between an edge of a door panel and a door jamb has first and second leaf assemblies that each form a cavity and are recessed in the door-panel edge and in the door jamb and a pair of U-section links pivoted centrally together about a center axis and each having a first end and a second end engaged in the cavities of the respective first and second leaf assemblies. The first end of one of the links and the second end of the other link are pivoted about respective vertical axes fixed in the respective leaf assemblies and the second end of the one link and the first end of the other link are pivotal about another respective vertical axis and horizontally shiftable in a respective guide of the respective leaf assemblies.

Abstract: A hinge plate had a part that can be attached to a frame or a door panel. The part has two hinge rollers that are spaced apart from one another. Sleeves are disposed in the hinge rollers so as not to rotate. A pin that is inserted into the sleeves bridges the distance between the hinge rollers. The pin has a pin head as well as a connector end for attachment of a pin screw. The pin head and the head of the pin screw attached to the pin are disposed countersunk within the hinge rollers. The pin screw has a collar that is fitted into the sleeve with a wedge fit.

Adjusters engaged between the insert, the body, and the tabs can relatively secure the insert and body in any of a plurality of positions offset relative to one another in the horizontal directions.

The hinge brackets are structured as connection elements having the same construction, which have a U shape with a connecting stay and vertically oriented shanks The hinge brackets are joined together in the manner of a plug-in connection, and are connected to rotate at the connecting stays.

Abstract: A hidden hinge system for furniture and doors has recessed mountings in the fixed frame and movable frame and linked by two interlocking hinge brackets to operate as a lift off hinge. One hinge bracket has a forked shape while the second hinge bracket has a central flange which fits into the forked shape enabling the hinge to occupy a compact space. The separate mountings have alignment adjustments to hang the door.
