Abstract: The present disclosure provides a thin film transistor and a method of manufacturing the same, wherein the thin film transistor at least comprises a first gate electrode, a first insulating layer, an active layer, a source electrode and a drain electrode, a second insulating layer covering the active layer, the source electrode and the drain electrode, and a second gate electrode, wherein the active layer comprises a first active layer, a second active layer on the first active layer, and a third active layer on the second active layer; wherein the first active layer, the second active layer, and the third active layer may form a heterostructure.

Abstract: A silole derivative is of formula (I): each of the groups in the above formula is defined as those in the description. The silole derivative of formula (I) has aggregation-induced emission performance, and is particularly applicable in luminescent parts and devices, fluorescent probes, biological imaging, lubricating oils and greases. A lubricating grease composition has photoluminescence performance, as well as one or more of advantageous anti-oxidation properties, anti-wear properties, extreme pressure properties and anti-rust properties. It is applicable in many mechanical equipment in electrical industry, metallurgical industry, food industry, paper industry, automobile industry and aircraft industry.

The circuit for automatic level switching comprises a level selector, a chip IO interface and a level detector; wherein, each input terminal of the level selector is connected to a different input voltage, and an output terminal of the level selector provides the chip IO interface with an interface level; the chip IO interface is connected to an off-chip device; a control terminal of the level detector is connected to a control terminal of the level selector, and a detection terminal of the level detector is connected to the chip IO interface.

Abstract: Reliable, automated or semi-automated systems/methods that address technical problems involved in electrical power grid design, planning, and operation/control are disclosed. Applications include the technical problem of optimizing adjustments of, and/or infrastructure additions to, large electrical power grids in response to changed operating conditions or planned facility additions that may impact their reliability. An automated or semi-automated system for identifying appropriate adjustments to the electrical power grid and/or addition of new facilities, and the methods and executable computer instructions that enable them, are disclosed.

Abstract: Novel soluble epoxide hydrolase (sEH) inhibitors are provided, along with methods for their use. The soluble epoxide hydrolase inhibitors are useful in treating and/or preventing sEH-related related diseases, such as Alzheimer's disease and inflammation. Also provided are methods for inhibiting soluble epoxide hydrolase in a cell using the compounds and compositions described herein.

Abstract: An air conditioner, a control method for the air conditioner and a computer-readable storage medium are provided. The air conditioner has a shell provided with an opening portion, a first air deflector connected to the shell, an air outlet defined by the first air deflector and the opening portion, and an air-scattering assembly having an air-scattering component. The air-scattering component allows an airflow to pass through and diffuses the passing airflow. The air-scattering assembly is movable relative to the shell for opening and closing the air outlet. When the air conditioner is closed, the air-scattering assembly and the shell form the exterior of the air conditioner. Meanwhile, various forms of windless air discharges can be provided by the air-scattering assembly.

The movable support is connected to the transparent pyramid to move the transparent pyramid between a first location and a second location which is different from the first location. The first location is the position on the screen. The image conversion unit is configured to receive image data. When the transparent pyramid moves to the first location, the image conversion unit converts the image data to a holographic image displayed on the screen, and the transparent pyramid generates a 3D hologram based on the holographic image.

In a case of generating a clock signal with low jitter, output signals of two phase-locked loops are adjusted to be the same in frequency and phase, and output signals of other phase-locked loops are adjusted to be different from each other in frequency. The data selector selects output signals, and the signal synthesizer is enabled to superimpose and then average the first and second selected output signals, so as to obtain a clock signal with jitter eliminated. In a case of generating multiple clock signals with different frequencies, output signals of the multiple phase-locked loops are adjusted to be different from each other in frequency, to obtain multiple clock signals with different frequencies through the data selector without enabling the signal synthesizer.

Abstract: A control apparatus configured to control a four-wheel drive vehicle configured to drive right and left front wheels and right and left rear wheels includes an electronic control unit. The electronic control unit calculates a vehicle body speed based on rotation speeds of the wheels and a cumulative value of accelerations in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle. The accelerations are detected by an acceleration sensor. The electronic control unit calculates the vehicle body speed based on the cumulative value of the accelerations. The electronic control unit calculates a correction value based on a lowest rotation speed among the rotation speeds of the wheels under a predetermined condition. The electronic control unit performs correction by using the correction value to make the vehicle body speed closer to a vehicle body speed conversion value of the lowest rotation speed.
