Abstract: A removing method of a hard mask includes the following steps. A substrate is provided. At least two MOSFETs are formed on the substrate. An isolating structure is formed in the substrate and located between the at least two MOSFETs. Each of the MOSEFTs includes a gate insulating layer, a gate, a spacer and a hard mask on the gate. A protecting structure is formed on the isolating structure and the hard mask is exposed from the protecting structure. The exposed hard mask is removed to expose the gate.

Abstract: A server enclosure includes a bottom wall, two sidewalls extending from opposite sides of the bottom wall, a backboard to electrically connected to a number of hard disk drives, and two fixing elements. The fixing elements are fixed on opposite ends of the backboard. Each fixing element includes a connection board fixed on the backboard, a first fixing portion extending from a bottom of the connection board along a first direction, and a positioning arm extending from a side of the connection board along the first direction. The first fixing portion is fixed on the bottom wall. The positioning arm is slidably positioned on the corresponding sidewall to fix the backboard.

Abstract: An air duct installed in a chassis is configured to have a heat dissipating device mounted thereon during shipping. The heat dissipating device defining a number of mounting holes corresponding to a number of fixing members extending from a surface of the air duct to accomplish the mounting. Thereby, the heat dissipating device may be conveniently and securely packaged and transported with the air duct and chassis.

Abstract: An electronic device includes a chassis, a power supply secured to the chassis adjacent to a rear wall of the chassis, a switch cable, a first cable clamp mounted to the chassis adjacent to an opening defined in a front wall of the chassis. The power supply includes an input connector, by which the power supply electrically connected to a power source. The switch cable includes a first connector electrically coupled to the input connector of the power supply, and a second connector exposed through the opening of the front wall to be electrically coupled to the power source. The first cable clamp retains the transforming cable in the chassis.

Abstract: A circuit for driving a light emitting diode (LED), the circuit includes a timer, first to third electronic switches, and a regulator. The timer provides a pulse signal to switch the first and second electronic switches. The first electronic switch provides a first level signal to one end of the LED. The second electronic switch switches the third electronic switch on and off. The third electronic switch provides a third level signal to another end of the LED. The regulator adjusts the pulse signal to be at a predetermined frequency to control the first, second, and the third level signals to alternate between a high voltage level and a low voltage level at the predetermined frequency. The LED is driven to be on and off at the predetermined frequency by the first and third level signals.

The fixture for testing a mid-plane of a blade server uses two separated modules to assist to test the mid-plane, there is no need to remove all modules from the blade server, whereupon simplifies the attachment and removing mid-plane procedure.
