    Abstract: A surrounding cell monitoring method is applied in a mobile terminal wirelessly communicating with a first cell through a first target channel. The surrounding cell monitoring method includes the steps of: determining whether adjacent channel interference (ACI) of the target channel exists; determining whether a first power level of the adjacent channel is greater than a second power level of the target channel by a threshold difference when the ACI exists, when the ACI does exist; determining whether an adjacent BSIC of the adjacent channel can be decoded when the first power level is greater than the second power level by the threshold difference; and skipping an operation of decoding a target BSIC of the target channel when the adjacent BSIC of the adjacent channel can be decoded successfully.

    Abstract: Methods and apparatus for non-volatile memory cells. A memory cell includes a floating gate formed over a substrate with a tunneling dielectric over an upper surface of the floating gate and an erase gate over the tunneling dielectric. Sidewall dielectrics enclose the tunneling dielectric. Assist gates and coupling gates are formed on either side of the memory cell and are spaced from the floating gate of the memory cell by the sidewall dielectrics. Methods for forming memory cells include depositing a floating gate over a dielectric layer over a semiconductor substrate, depositing a tunneling dielectric over the floating gate, depositing an erase gate over the tunneling dielectric, patterning the erase gate, tunneling dielectric and floating gate to form memory cells having vertical sides, and depositing sidewall dielectrics on the vertical sides of the memory cells to seal the tunneling dielectrics. Additional steps are performed to complete the cells.

The actuator assembly includes a guide rod device, a mass, and a coil. The guide rod device is disposed on the housing. The mass is disposed on the guide rod device in a sliding manner. The coil generates an electric field when a current is conducted through it. An electromagnetic force is generated by supplying the current in a direction orthogonal to a magnetic field. The electromagnetic force is supplied to the mass such that the mass moves on the guide rod device and impacts the housing to generate the unidirectional impact force feedback.

    Abstract: A system and method thereof for capturing and reconstructing a dynamic 3D ultrasound image of a blood vessel are provided. The present system includes a ultrasound transducer, a motor positioning system, an electrocardiograph, a microprocessor for processing ultrasound images and signals capturing by the ultrasound transducer, and a monitor displaying the dynamic 3D ultrasound image. The motor positioning system controls the ultrasound transducer to capture 2D ultrasound images of the blood vessel at several locations in a predetermined urea. During the capturing process, capturing times, electrocardiograms and 3D locations of those captured 2D ultrasound images are simultaneously recoded. Finally, those captured 2D ultrasound images are reconstructed to the dynamic 3D ultrasound image of the blood vessel according to the time bases based on the phases of the electrocardiograms.

That is, one bit in the nonvolatile memory can either be in an erase state or program state. For erasing a bit, electrons are injected at the gate of the nonvolatile memory. For programming a bit, electric holes are injected or electrons are reduced for that bit.

    Abstract: An analog touch panel with low contact resistance includes a base substrate and an upper film that each has a metallic electrode. Each metallic electrode is a layer of high resistance metallic thin film and is aligned with each other. The base substrate can be a printed circuit board so a control circuit device is directly integrated in the base substrate for supplying and detecting voltages to the two metallic electrodes. Therefore, resistance in the metallic electrodes is raised and contact resistance between the two metallic electrodes is minimized to improve system sensitivity of the touch panel. The high resistance metallic thin films regarded as the electrodes could be formed uniformly to provide a consistent resistive distribution in the thin films to improve a measuring error when the control circuit device detects respectively potential differences in the two metallic electrodes.
