Abstract: A method of establishing an extended IP flow in a wireless communication system can include establishing, at a user equipment (UE), an initial IP flow with a packet data network gateway (PDN-GW) included in an evolved packet core (EPC) through a first type access network and further establishing, at the UE, the extended IP flow with the PDN-GW through a second type access network different from the first type access network, while maintaining the initial IP flow with the PDN-GW through the first type access network, wherein a binding update is transmitted to the PDN-GW, wherein a binding acknowledgement is transmitted by the PDN-GW in response to the binding update if a single IP address is allocated to identify both the initial IP flow and the extended IP flow, and wherein the single IP address is included in the binding acknowledgement.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a washing machine capable of realizing a circulation function and a bubble function at the same time. The washing machine includes a main body, a tub provided in the main body, a pump provided to circulate wash water into the tub, and a circulation bubble unit provided on a flowing route of the wash water flowing out from the pump, wherein the circulation bubble unit is provided to be connected with the tub, and includes a first fluid path provided so that some of the wash water flowing out from the pump is circulated into the tub, and a second fluid path provided to generate bubbles in the wash water using another some of the wash water.

Abstract: A method and a terminal are described for providing a circuit switched (CS) service, a session initiation protocol (SIP)-based service, or a CSI service which is a combination of the CS service and an Internet Protocol (IP) multimedia subsystem (IMS) service. The terminal may receive a terminal capability version of at least one target terminal, and compare the received terminal capability version with a previously stored terminal capability version of the at least one target terminal. The terminal may send a message for requesting for terminal capability information of the at least one target terminal, if the received terminal capability version of the at least one target terminal is different from the previously stored terminal capability version of the at least one target terminal based on the comparison result. Otherwise, a CS or IMS process is implemented.

Abstract: A method for transmitting information of a user equipment (UE) by a mobility management entity (MME) is discussed. The method according to one embodiment includes generating, by the MME, a request message including an indication of whether the UE is a closed subscriber group (CSG) member; and transmitting, by the MME, the request message to a cell. The request message is one of a UE context change request message and a handover request message. The UE context change request message is an S1 AP UE Context Modification Request message. The UE context change request message is transmitted when the UE is connected to the cell, the cell is operating in a hybrid access mode, and when the MME detects that a CSG membership of the UE to the cell has expired.

Abstract: A washing machine and a controlling method are provided for maintaining an optimal temperature for efficient generation of foam to perform foam washing in washing laundry. The controlling method for the washing machine includes supplying washing water with detergent required to generate foam, generating foam using detergent water which is a mixture of the washing water and the detergent, transmitting heat to the generated foam by heating the detergent water, and washing laundry using the foam.

Abstract: A clothes dryer capable of providing a dry course suitable for functional clothes, and a control method thereof, the control method including selecting functional clothes as a substance accommodated in a dry tub to be dried; performing a first dry process to dry the functional clothes at a first dry temperature; and performing a second dry process to dry the functional clothes at a second dry temperature higher than the first dry temperature.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are a washing machine and a control method thereof. The control method effectively transmits high-concentration wash liquid to laundry, while minimizing the amount of water used, through washing using bubbles, and maximizes the increase in volume of the wash liquid rubbed on the inner circumferential surface of the drum using the generation of bubbles and the rotation of the drum to raise the water level of the wash liquid without additional water.

Abstract: There is provided a method for selecting an access point (AP), the method performed by a user equipment. The method may comprise: receiving a prioritized list with respect to APs, the prioritized list includes at least one of roaming consortium information, a network address identifier (NAI), a public land mobile network (PLMN) identifier; scanning at least one or more APs in the vicinity thereby generating an available list which includes at least one or more service set identifiers (SSIDs) and roaming consortium information; acquiring at least one or more NAIs from the roaming consortium information in the available list using pre-stored mapping information; comparing the acquired NAI with the NAI in the prioritized list to select a proper AP.

The control method effectively transmits high-concentration wash liquid to laundry, while minimizing the amount of water used, through washing using bubbles, and maximizes the increase in volume of the wash liquid rubbed on the inner circumferential surface of the drum using the generation of bubbles and the rotation of the drum to raise the water level of the wash liquid without additional water.

Abstract: There is provided a method for determining a handover. The method may comprise: determining, by User Equipment (UE), whether a timer is running, wherein the UE has accessed multiple Radio Access Technologies (RATs); if the timer is not running, performing, by the UE, a handover of a data traffic, which has been routed onto a Wireless LAN (WLAN), to an original RAT; and if the timer is running, not performing, by the UE, the handover of the data traffic, which has been routed onto the WLAN, to the original RAT. The data traffic may be been routed onto the WLAN as a result of Circuit Switched Fall-Back (CSFB) or 3GPP RAT mobility.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are a washing machine and a method of controlling the same that are capable of removing bubbles from a door after washing. The washing machine includes a drum and a door to open and close the drum. The method of controlling the washing machine includes determining whether the present operation is a spin-drying operation, and, when the present operation is the spin-drying operation, supplying water to the door to remove residual bubbles from the door.

Abstract: A method and a server are described for supporting handover by a network node in a mobile communication system. A message related to a handover, including a first parameter indicating a cause for the handover, is received. A handover command message is transmitted to a first base station for a terminal to perform a handover to a second base station, when the network node determines that handover is needed based on the cause. A status report message including a second parameter indicating whether or not the cause for handover is solved is received. A reverse handover request message is transmitted to the second base station for the terminal to perform reverse handover to a target base station, when the network node determines that a reverse handover is needed. The network node determines whether the handover or the reverse handover is needed.

Abstract: A method for performing an inter-user equipment (UE) transfer (IUT) of a collaborative session. The method according to one embodiment is performed by a UE and includes transmitting a subscription message to a network element for requesting notification of information regarding at least one or more other UEs; receiving a subscription acceptance message in response to the subscription message; and receiving a notification message. The notification message includes the information regarding the at least one or more other UEs and a controller UE capability of controlling the collaborative session. The method according to the embodiment further includes performing a process of transferring control with respect to the collaborative session established with a remote party to a specific UE, which is checked as capable of being a controller UE based on the received information, without transferring the collaborative session to the specific UE.

Abstract: A method for handling CS (Circuit Switching) calls in a VCC (Voice Call Continuity), a VCC application server and an apparatus thereof, wherein first, the VCC application identifies whether a called party number of CS domain calls routed thereto is in an international format, secondly, the VCC application may request to convert the format of the called party number into the international format (referred to as ‘routable number’) if the called party number is not in the international format, thirdly, a translation entity may convert the called party number into the routable number by adding an international prefix suitable for a current location of the originating terminal based on both the called party number and location information on the originating terminal, and then the calls may continue in an IMS domain or a CS domain by the routable number.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method for applying an extended access barring (EAB), the method performed by a machine type communication (MTC) device and comprising: recognizing, by an upper layer of the MTC device, a change from being operated in an override low priority to being operated in a low priority; informing, by the upper layer, a lower layer that the priority has been changed; and determining, by the lower layer, whether to apply the EAB, to handle at least one of an attach request, a tracking area update request, and a service request. If the EAB is applied, a RRC connection is barred.

Abstract: A device and method for transferring a session. The method includes receiving a session continuity operator policy while performing a session with a target terminal via an original network; storing the session continuity operator policy; determining whether to transfer a whole or part of the session to a server according to a parameter in at least the session continuity operator policy; and sending to the server a session invitation message for a session transfer to transfer of the whole of the session if the whole of the session is determined to be transferred. The session invitation message includes information on at least one data to be transferred among a voice data and a non-voice data on the session. The session transfer corresponds to a PS (Packet Switching) to PS transfer.
