Abstract: A session transfer procedure not for all ongoing multimedia components but for some media components in a wireless communication system and an apparatus for the same are provided. In a partial session transfer procedure, a user equipment establishing a first session to transmit a plurality of media components transmits a partial attach request message to a mobility control entity of a network core. The partial attach request message may be an attach request message whose attach type is set to ‘partial handover’. Upon receiving an attach accept message containing information regarding a gateway of the network core from the mobility control entity, a second session is established with the gateway by using the gateway information. After the establishing of the second session, the user equipment does not release the previously established first session.

Abstract: A PET nonwoven fabric for a separator for a secondary battery includes first fibers composed of PET having a melting temperature of 240° C. or more and second fibers composed of PET having a melting temperature of 180˜220° C., respective fibers having two types of fibers having different diameters, and has a fine pore size and uniform pore distribution and exhibits superior surface properties, low surface defects, high mechanical strength and excellent mass production. Even when the temperature of a battery is increased to 200° C. or more, the PET nonwoven fabric has heat resistance which prevents thermal runaway and does not generate melting and shrinking.

Abstract: A method for controlling access of a terminal to a Home (e)NodeB by a network entity, the terminal accessed to the Home (e)NodeB operated in a closed access mode or a hybrid access mode by using a specific closed subscriber group (CSG) ID. The method includes recognizing by the network entity, that an allowed access timer of the specific CSG ID with respect to the Home (e)NodeB has expired; transmitting an Update Bearer Request message to other network entity in order to change a membership of the expired CSG ID; transmitting a Bearer Modify Request message to the Home (e)NodeB in order to change a membership of the expired CSG ID; and updating a bearer with said other network entity, and a bearer with the Home (e)NodeB.

Abstract: A stereoscopic image display device includes: a display unit including a plurality of pixels arranged in a matrix format, the pixels including left-eye and right-eye pixels alternately arranged in one direction; a memory including a left-eye image area for storing left-eye image data corresponding to the left-eye pixels and a right-eye image area for storing right-eye image data corresponding to the right-eye pixels; an address comparator for the respectively storing the left-eye and right-eye image data at corresponding addresses of the left-eye and right-eye image areas and making an arrangement of the left-eye and right-eye image areas in the memory in response to a first signal; a data synthesizer for synthesizing a stereoscopic image signal from the data stored in the memory; and a data driver for applying a data signal corresponding to a stereoscopic image signal to the display unit.

Abstract: The disclosure is related to a method of providing a search service by a service server using a plurality of wearable computing devices registered at the service server for the search service. The method may include selecting wearable computing devices located within a predetermined distance from a target search location among the registered wearable computing devices, requesting the selected wearable computing devices to collect information on a target search object through a communication network, receiving the requested information from the selected wearable computing devices through the communication network, and providing the received information to user equipment that requests searching information on the target search location and the target search object.

Abstract: A method for supporting session continuity for a terminal in a server. The method according to one embodiment includes sending, by a server, a session continuity operator policy to a first terminal. The session continuity operator policy includes a parameter indicating a preferred network for a transfer of the ongoing session, and session continuity level information including one of a first level and a second level. The method according to the embodiment further includes receiving, by the server, a first session invite message for one of full media transfer and partial media transfer, unless the session continuity level information of the session continuity operator policy is the second level and the first terminal decides not to start the session transfer; and sending, by the server, a second session invite message to the second terminal to achieve session continuity with the first terminal after receiving the first session invite message.

Abstract: A washing machine includes a water tub; a water supply device to supply water into the water tub; a detergent supply device to supply detergent; a circulating device to circulate the water supplied into the water tub; a drum mounted in the water tub to receive clothes therein; a motor to rotate the drum; and a control unit to control the water supply device and the detergent supply device so that the water and the detergent are supplied into the water tub, bubbles of detergent dissolved water are generated, and washing of functional clothes is performed using the bubbles by varying a drive operation rate of the motor stepwise for a washing period.

Abstract: A washing machine and a washing control method of the same capable of controlling a degree of application of the machine force at every temperature step according to the selected washing course based on information, such as the amount of load detected in the beginning of washing and the amount of wash water detected by the rise change of the wash water temperature during washing, thereby reducing damage to laundry during washing and accomplishing optimal washing efficiency. The washing control method includes detecting wash water temperature and controlling a motor operation rate or a washing time based on the detected wash water temperature.

Abstract: A method for performing inter-user equipment (UE) transfer (IUT) of collaborative session control performed by a UE in a network system based on an Internet protocol (IP) multimedia subsystem (IMS) is provided. The method includes transmitting to an IMS network element a subscription message for requesting notification of information regarding other UE, receiving from the IMS network element a subscription acceptance message in response to the subscription message, receiving from the IMS network element a notification message comprising information regarding at least one different UE, and if a UE for transferring the collaborative session control is selected by the at least one different UE, performing a process of transferring the collaborative session control to the selected UE. A signaling overhead caused by a failure in the transfer of collaborative session control can be reduced.

Abstract: A method of performing inter-user equipment (UE) transfer (IUT) by an Internet protocol (IP) multimedia subsystem (IMS) network in an IMS-based network system is provided. The method includes receiving from a first UE a subscription message for requesting notification of state or capability information of another UE, transmitting to the first UE a subscription acceptance message in response to the subscription message, receiving from a second UE a control message comprising an IUT flag for indicating IUT enable or disable for media flows, and transmitting to the first UE a notification message comprising information on the second UE, if the IUT flag indicates IUT enable for the media flows. It is possible to decrease a signaling overhead caused by a failure of IUT of a media flow.

Abstract: A method and a terminal are described for providing a circuit switched (CS) service, a session initiation protocol (SIP)-based service, or a CSI service which is a combination of the CS service and an Internet Protocol (IP) multimedia subsystem (IMS) service. The terminal may receive a terminal capability version of at least one target terminal, and compare the received terminal capability version with a previously stored terminal capability version of the at least one target terminal. The terminal may send a message for requesting for terminal capability information of the at least one target terminal, if the received terminal capability version of the at least one target terminal is different from the previously stored terminal capability version of the at least one target terminal based on the comparison result. Otherwise, a CS or IMS process is implemented.

Abstract: A washing machine and a control method thereof to achieve washing performance using bubbles without damage to fiber structures of functional clothes. When a washing course of functional clothes is selected, a motor is frequently rotated at a period of a predetermined time or less, causing the clothes to uniformly adsorb the water. Thereafter, bubbles are generated and applied to the clothes. A drive operation rate of the motor is raised stepwise to wash the clothes to which the bubbles have been applied, so as to effectively remove sweat, contaminants, or the like contained in the clothes.

The method includes receiving seamless service application information from a first device; receiving, from a second device, history information of at least one application executed by the second device; receiving a seamless service request from the first device; generating seamless service data for the first device, in response to the request, based on the received seamless service application information and the received history information; and transmitting the generated seamless service data to the first device, wherein the first device executes at least one seamless service application based on the transmitted seamless service data.

Abstract: A method for supporting session continuity for a terminal in a server including generating a session continuity operator policy, under a state that a first terminal is performing a session with a second terminal through a first network, and the generated session continuity operator policy supports multimedia sessions for both voice data and non-voice data and includes operator policy parameters indicating whether only voice data, only non-voice data, or both voice and non-voice data is to be transferred to a second network; sending the generated session continuity operator policy to the first terminal; receiving a session invite message from the first terminal via a target network in response to the first terminal having received the generated session continuity operator policy; and sending a session re-invite message to the second terminal so as to achieve session continuity via said second network after receiving the session invite message from the first terminal.

The method of controlling connection establishment may include receiving a connection request message including a parameter indicating an identifier of a local gateway from a base station. The connection request message may include an access request message by the UE. The method of controlling connection establishment may further include determining whether a bearer for the UE is set to a path through nodes within the mobile communication network or set to a path through nodes within another wired network accessible by the local gateway by considering at least one of QoS, subscriber information for the UE, operator policy if the connection request message is received.

Abstract: A method and a server are described for supporting handover by a network node in a mobile communication system. A message related to a handover, including a first parameter indicating a cause for the handover, is received. A handover command message is transmitted to a first base station for a terminal to perform a handover to a second base station, when the network node determines that handover is needed based on the cause. A status report message including a second parameter indicating whether or not the cause for handover is solved is received. A reverse handover request message is transmitted to the second base station for the terminal to perform reverse handover to a target base station, when the network node determines that a reverse handover is needed. The network node determines whether the handover or the reverse handover is needed.
