  • Patent number: 10482490
Abstract: Systems and methods provide targeted communications for each of a plurality of respective recipients. A database includes user information, customer information, template information, content feed information and advertising information. A template instruction is processed to select a template for generating the targeted communication, which is customized with at least some of the content feed. The targeted communication is scheduled for delivery, and at least some advertising information is selected to be included, as a function of geo-location information associated with at least one of the plurality of recipients. At least some advertising information is processed to format the advertising information with the targeted communication based at least on at least one instruction received from the registered user. The targeted communication is generated and transmitted to each of the plurality of recipients.

  • Publication number: 20160117725
Abstract: Disclosed is a system and method for determining that a consumer will purchase a product or service based on a location of the consumer's vehicle and purchasing habit. Electronic merchant information and purchasing information is processed to predict a future purchase from a merchant. Further processing is triggered of location information that represents a location of the consumer to enable one of the merchants to take action in view of the predicted future purchase. A notification is received over from a computing device associated with one of the respective merchants that represents a purchase by the consumer. The purchase by the consumer matches the predicted future purchase. Information associated with the notification is selectively stored, using at least one processor, in the at least one database as part of the electronic purchasing information in the event that the matching purchase is within a prescribed time of the triggered processing.

  • Publication number: 20150363861
Abstract: A system and method are disclosed for providing a targeted recommendation for a product or service. At least one database is accessed that includes software application information associated with at least one respective software application provided to each of a plurality of users, profile information of the users, user interest history information and inventory information associated with at least one product and/or service. Electronic use information associated with one of the software applications within a location at a given time is received and processed to associate the one respective software application with a respective one of the plurality of user devices. At least some of the electronic inventory information associated with one of the merchants is determined and a recommendation of a product and/or service associated with the one merchant is made.

  • Publication number: 20150332343
Abstract: A processor accesses information representing activity of a plurality of respective users of each of a plurality of Internet web sites and a time associated with the activity. Further, a processor accesses geo-location information representing at least a location of a respective device operated by each of the plurality of respective users. The electronic activity information is processed to determine a respective interest of each of the respective users. A respective targeted communication is generated for each by: calculating a decay value representing a decline of the determined interests of the respective users; weighting the respective determined interests of the users to represent the decline; and selecting content for inclusion in the targeted communication for each of respective users. Further the generated respective targeted communication is transmitted, by a processor, to each respective one of the plurality of users via a communication device over a data-communication network.

  • Patent number: 9158733
Abstract: The present invention is a computerized system to link a user's e-mail openings and click throughs on the user's e-mail address to the user's online click stream that tracks the user's interests and activity behavior data on the user's destination websites. The system includes a dedicated tracking sub domain, a programmable tracking code embeddable on the destination site, a domain tracking cookie, a tagging engine and a template engine. The invention also includes a method for using the computerized system that generates a domain tracking cookie that is tied to an e-mail address, tracks the user on a destination site using a programmable tracking code, tracks and updates the user's interests and activity behavior data using the tracking code and takes the data to customize e-mails and the website to the user's interests and activity.

  • Publication number: 20150242905
Abstract: Information is managed for a group of computing devices associated with a plurality of users and contextual messages are provided to at least one device in the group. The group is defined by code executing in at least one processor, and at least one criteria selection representing a respective type of activity associated with users of the group of computing devices is processed. Usage information associated with each respective user is processed by comparing the usage information with the at least one criteria selection. In accordance with the processed usage information, the at least one of the computing devices in the group is identified, and a contextual message is generated in accordance with at least one of the criteria selection. The contextual message is transmitted to each of the at least one computing device in the group. This can occur in one or more implementations of the present application.

  • Publication number: 20140289054
Abstract: Disclosed is a system and method to measure a first customer's interest and transmit a targeted communication to the first customer as a function of the measured customer interest. Various customer actions are determined, including actions associated with: a plurality of customers on a plurality of destination sites; the first customer on the plurality of destination sites; the plurality of customers on each of at least some of the plurality of destination sites; and the first customer on the at least some sites. At least one processor can be used to determine respective values associated with each of the respective actions, and process the respective values to measure the first customer's interest, and generate the targeted communication to send to the first customer. The targeted communication is transmitted using the at least one processor to the first customer.
