    Abstract: An FRP material has a circular arc part, and a member fixed to the circular arc part. The FRP forming system has a portion-pressing device, a member positioning mechanism, and a transport device configured to form the FRP material as a single body of a circular arc-shaped FRP part. The FRP material may comprise a single layer prepreg or a plurality of prepregs that have been layered. The portion-pressing device has upper and lower molds sandwiching a portion of the FRP material in a radial direction orthogonal to the circular arc part, and compresses intermittently a portion of the FRP part. The member positioning mechanism locates the position of the member relatively to the upper or lower mold. The transport device moves the portion of the FRP material that is compressed by the portion-pressing device. The portion-pressing and the transport are repeated to form the FRP part.

The first coupling portion is coupled to a joint portion of one of the reinforced member and the reinforcing member by an adhesive or welding. The first coupling portion and the joint portion are shaped so as to be caught by each other in a joining direction in which the reinforced member and the reinforcing member are joined to each other.

    Abstract: A cylindrical case main body, and a connecting ring body fitted and fixed to a first end of the case main body and having an annular groove open in the centrifugal direction, are provided. The connecting ring body has a notch open to a side opposite to a second end of the case main body. Into the notch of the connecting ring body, a reinforcement body is fitted, and the reinforcement body has an arc-shaped groove continuing to the annular groove of the connecting ring body in a state where the reinforcement body is fitted into the notch of the connecting ring body. In addition to attaining high rigidity, reduction in weight and reduction in manufacturing cost can also be achieved.

The ring constituent bodies are fitted in notches of the linking ring and are brought into contact with outward receiving walls of the linking ring. The ring constituent bodies are positioned relative to the case body in the axis direction and in the radial direction, and the annular groove and the arcuate grooves continue to each other.

The foundation layer is formed by laminating roving layers, while the flange constituting layers are formed by laminating a plurality of biaxial fabric layers including a biaxial fabric of a non-crimp structure.

    Abstract: When an image is formed on one surface of each sheet of printing paper, the controller provides controls so that image data for all pages is stored in the HDD, and the image data stored in the HDD is successively converted to actual images from the final page by the drum with the printed sheets discharged onto the discharged paper tray. When image are formed on duplex surfaces of each sheet of printing paper, the controller provides controls so that image data for only odd number pages is stored in the HDD, image data for odd number pages is successively converted by the drum to actual images in the regular order with the printed sheets stacked on the duplex tray, and the sheets stacked on the duplex tray are successively fed from the top one to the drum with the image data for odd number pages stored in the HDD converted to actual images by the drum in the reverse page order with the printed sheets discharged onto the discharged paper tray.
