    Abstract: A spiral cutter for use in an electric razor in which the lower end of a band-shaped blade made of elastic material is embedded in the peripheral surface of a body with the band-shaped blade torsionally deformed. The spiral cutter is manufactured by the steps of: mounting a band-shaped blade made of an elastic material in a body molding die with the band-shaped blade torsionally deformed; molding a base; and removing a molded product from the body molding die after the body is molded.
