  • Publication number: 20070101099
Abstract: A virtual machine control method and a virtual machine system are disclosed. In the case where a guest program can be operated in a plurality of address translation modes and the same guest virtual address is translated into different host real addresses in each address translation mode, the illegal access to a host real address by illegal address translation by double registration in the same page table is avoided, and the address translation mechanism is efficiently operated. A plurality of host page tables are prepared in the main storage, and one of the host page tables is selected with the change in address translation mode of the guest program. The bottom address of the selected host page table is set in the host page table register thereby to switch the host page table.

  • Patent number: 7181929
Abstract: A plurality of fin groups 12 each comprising parallel plate fins 14 are arranged on two straight tube portions 11a of a fin fixing hairpin tube 11 longitudinally of the tube portions at a spacing, by forming two tube inserting holes 14a as spaced apart in each of the plate fins 14 and inserting the two straight tube portions 11a through the respective holes 14a of the plate fins 14. The hairpin tube 11 is enlarged with use of a fluid to fixedly fit the plate fins 14 of the fin groups 12 around the straight tube portions 11a of the tube 11. The straight tube portions 11a of the tube 11 each have a finless part 13 provided between each pair of adjacent fin groups 12. The finless part 13 of each straight tube portion 11a bears clamp marks 19 on the outer peripheral surface thereof. • Publication number: 20060268017
Abstract: A drawing processing apparatus and method wherein scrolling display which provides no sense of incongruity is achieved in 3D display. 3D information is produced using information in a drawing object range extracted as a predetermined range on map data. The drawing object range of an object of the 3D drawing process is moved in response to a scrolling operation. While the drawing object range is moved, 3D image data are successively produced using the drawing object range at every point of time and outputted to implement 3D display on a display screen. Thereupon, the drawing object range to be used for the 3D drawing is moved such that individual portions in the drawing object range are moved by movement amounts determined with reference to a distance in a perpendicular direction at a reference position in the drawing object range.
