According to the present invention, a semiconductor device comprises an active region formed in a substrate, and including flat surfaces and hole-shaped recess portions; upper-level plugs disposed over the flat surfaces; a spacer disposed between the upper-level plugs and providing a trench exposing the hole-shaped recess portions; a lower-level plug filling the hole-shaped recess portions; and a buried conductive line disposed over the lower-level plug and partially filling the trench.

Abstract: Disclosed are a method and apparatus for reusing wastewater. The method for reusing wastewater disclosed herein includes: generating a mixed wastewater by mixing multiple types of wastewater (S20); performing a first purification by passing the mixed wastewater through a flocculation-sedimentation unit (S40); performing a second purification by passing an effluent of the flocculation-sedimentation unit through a membrane bioreactor (MBR) (S60); performing a third purification by passing an effluent of the MBR through a reverse-osmosis membrane unit (S80); and reusing an effluent of the reverse-osmosis membrane unit as cooling water or industrial water (S100).

Abstract: Disclosed is a catechin bioavailability enhancer comprising cyclodextrin as an active ingredient. Further, disclosed is a composition comprising a catechin bioavailability enhancer comprising catechin and cyclodextrin. The composition disclosed in the present specification may improve the stability of catechin which has significantly low intestinal absorption rate, and thus may improve bioaccessibility, intestinal transport rate and bioavailability of catechin. Accordingly, the improved bioavailability may further increase the effects of catechin such as the effects of reducing weight and body fat, anti-oxidative effects and anti-aging effects. The composition disclosed in the present specification having the abovementioned characteristics can be effectively used in the fields of food or pharmacy.

The method for preparing a Smilax china L. root extract includes preparing a powder of a Smilax china L. root, obtaining an ethanol extract of Smilax china L. root from the powder of Smilax china L. root using ethanol, and concentrating the ethanol extract of Smilax china L. root under a reduced vacuum to obtain a concentrate having a reduced ethanol content.
