  • Publication number: 20210087632
Abstract: Methods for predicting the development of sepsis in a subject at risk for developing sepsis are provided. In one method, features in a biomarker profile of the subject are evaluated. The subject is likely to develop sepsis if these features satisfy a particular value set. Methods for predicting the development of a stage of sepsis in a subject at risk for developing a stage of sepsis are provided. In one method, a plurality of features in a biomarker profile of the subject is evaluated. The subject is likely to have the stage of sepsis if these feature values satisfy a particular value set. Methods of diagnosing sepsis in a subject are provided. In one such method, a plurality of features in a biomarker profile of the subject is evaluated. The subject is likely to develop sepsis when the plurality of features satisfies a particular value set.

  • Publication number: 20200044907
Abstract: Systems and methods for providing a collaborative browsing capability. A web browser service may be collaboratively browsed by plural client computing devices at an enumerated URL in a collaborative browsing (co-browsing) session. A request made by a web browser in the session may be intercepted by a co-browsing service and forwarded to the web browser service. A response to the request is received by the co-browsing service and communicated all web browsers participating in the co-browsing session. For configured web browsers, a view associated with web browser service may be translated into client computing device specific presentation data for display.

  • Patent number: 10433041
Abstract: An outdoor loudspeaker that is weather resistant and includes environmental lighting is described. The lamp is mounted to a cap at the top of the loudspeaker. An audio driver is mounted below the lamp. A system outdoor loudspeakers is also described. The lighting circuitry and the audio circuitry is separate, e.g., separate conduits and wiring in the loudspeaker. The cap can include a light guide, e.g., a lens centrally mounted in the cap or an opaque cover to direct the light downwardly and outwardly. At least part of the loudspeaker can be mounted underground and, in the case of a sub-woofer, the entire chamber can be mounted below ground.

  • Patent number: 10225809
Abstract: This disclosure provides a device and method of aligning a transmission frame in a Time Division Duplexing network, wherein the transmission frame includes a sequence of units separated by transition points, wherein each unit includes one or more resource slots in a transmission direction, the method comprising: allocating a transmit power level to a plurality of resource slots in a unit, wherein a transmit power for a first resource slot of the plurality of resource slots is greater than the transmit power for a second resource slot of the plurality of resource slots; measuring the transmit power of a TDD transmission received from an external node to determine a peak transmit power of the received TDD transmission; and substantially aligning the first resource slot to coincide with the peak transmit power of the received TDD transmission.

  • Patent number: 9992552
Abstract: Embodiments herein provide systems and methods for sending broadband data to end-users over a DTTV broadcast transmission. Systems and methods for receiving such data are also described. A wireless overlay system is set up by an Internet Service Provider/Communications Provider (ISP/CP) 11 by means of receiving from end-user equipment 27 data requests over a DSL uplink together with identification of at least one DTTV transmitter 21 23. The ISP/CP 11 provides an overlay controller 26 which causes routing of the requested data over a selected DTTV transmitter 21. At the end-user equipment, the requested data can be received from the DTTV broadcast and extracted for output.

  • Publication number: 20180109595
Abstract: Systems and methods for providing remote access to a JAVA application using views. In accordance with some implementations, the JAVA application may create one or more user interfaces as JPanels. The JPanels may be replaced by remote JPanels that are communicated by a server remote access application to a client computing device. The client computing device execute a client remote access program that instantiates one or more views, where each corresponds to a remoted JPanel. User inputs may be received in the views and synchronized to the JAVA application's user interface.
