  • Patent number: 11967129
Abstract: Apparatuses, methods and storage medium associated with multi-camera devices are disclosed herein. In embodiments, a multi-camera device may include 3 or more camera sensors disposed on a world facing side of the multi-camera device. Further, the multi-camera device may be configured to provide a soft shutter button at a location on an opposite side to the world facing side, coordinated with locations of the 3 or more camera sensors that reduces likelihood of blocking of one or more of the 3 or more camera sensors. • Patent number: 5432919
Abstract: A cache memory is divided into at least two collections of data which effectively provide higher and lower priority regions for retaining data within the cache. The cache is arranged to divide its stored data into a high-priority (protected) collection of data and a low-priority (probationary) collection of data. Each collection of data is organized as a list, with a most recently used (MRU) end and a least recently used (LRU) end. Data accessed from either of the collections is added to the MRU end of the protected collection, having been removed from its previous place in either of the lists of collections. Data in any of the collections which is least recently used is removed from that collection as space is needed for other data. Newly acquired data, such as retrieved from or written to a mass storage device such as a disk drive is added to the MRU end of the probationary collection. Data which is removed from the protected collection is also added to the MRU end of the probationary collection.

  • Patent number: 5293540
Abstract: Disclosed is a method and apparatus for mixing internally generated or stored video with an external video and driving an LCD display device. External video is clocked into a dual port external frame store. Internal video is either internally generated or read from an internal mass store device and stored in an internal frame store and in a preferred embodiment, the internal video data includes an embedded code which serves to select on a pixel by pixel basis the appropriate frame store signal, either external or internal for display on the LCD panel. By adjusting the start number on row and column counters for reading out data from the external frame store, panning of an external video image can be accomplished. By repeating the readout of the external frame store selectively, a "zoom" of the image can be provided to an LCD display device.
