    Abstract: Approaches presented herein enable transmitting an inventory-based notification to a mobile device of a consumer. A product of interest to the consumer is identified, either based on purchasing history or explicitly selected by the consumer. Based on an inventory status of the product of interest, an inventory event is detected (e.g., expected depletion of inventory, expected replenishment of inventory, etc.). A location of the mobile device of the consumer is determined relative to one or more nearby retail locations. An alert is automatically transmitted to the mobile device based on the inventory event and the location of the user relative to the retail location(s).

    Abstract: Visualizing where and how a tag was generated for a video being played is provided. Topics in a video are determined by evaluating content of the video using audio, visual, and text recognition. For each instance in the video where a topic is determined to appear: a) a general tag is assigned that includes a description of the topic and a timestamp indicating where the general tag appears in the video; and b) a sub-content tag is assigned that includes a description of a format type of the content at a location in the video corresponding to the timestamp of the general tag. The sub-content tag is associated with the general tag. Either general tags or sub-content tags are displayed when rendering the video. The general tags are displayed in text and the sub-content tags are displayed as icons indicating the format type of each of the general tags.

The processor detects a first movement of the vehicle which is a deviation from the planned route. The processor determines that the deviation is based on an intentional circumstance. The processor suppresses execution of rerouting functionality of the navigational system and pauses the program(s) providing navigational assistance. The processor detects a second movement of the vehicle that includes a resumption of the planned route and resumes the program(s) providing navigational assistance.

A computer determines a pattern of shopping for a user including specific locations of the user within a venue during a shopping event. The computer receives purchase data indicative of items purchased by the user during the shopping event. The computer cross-references the purchase data with the pattern of shopping. The computer determines that the user has a degree of brand loyalty based, at least in part, on the step of cross-referencing, wherein the brand loyalty is a calculated score that varies based on the specific locations of the user within the venue. A marketing campaign is developed based on said degree of brand loyalty of the user. The computer sends output indicative of the degree of brand loyalty to a marketer for developing a marketing campaign.
