Abstract: A survey data analysis platform and methods for collecting, analyzing, and delivering processed and actionable survey data to producers and managers of events (e.g., a concert, sporting event, convention, etc.) and other social experiences (e.g., an amusement park, a museum, a convention, etc.) in real time. The survey data analysis platform may be operable to collect survey, analyze, and deliver a computational analysis of the survey data in real time to the producer or manager of an in-person event or entertainment experience, enabling real time monitoring of the event and/or experience and the ability to change, remedy, or adjust to attendee concerns and preferences during an event.
