Abstract: A mount bracket set for mounting a plurality of known flat panel displays by means of a mount, each flat panel display having a unique set of bores for mounting the flat panel display to the mount bracket set by means of bolts disposed therein, includes a pair of mount brackets being operably couplable to the mount and fixedly couplable to the flat panel display and having a substantially planar flat plate, a series of mounting bores being defined in each mount bracket flat plate for mounting each mount bracket independently to the flat panel display, the mounting bores arranged so that when the mount brackets are operably coupled to the mount, a portion of the mounting bores are in registry with the flat panel display unique set of bores. A mount and a method of mounting are further included.

Abstract: An extended travel lift system including a support frame and a display device frame. First and second arms are connected at first ends thereof by a hinge connector. A second end of the first arm is pivotally attached to a first slide mechanism on the support frame and a second end of the second arm is pivotally attached to the support frame. Third and fourth arms are connected at first ends thereof by the hinge connector. A second end of the third arm is pivotally attached to a second slide mechanism on the display device frame and a second end of the fourth arm is pivotally attached to the display device frame. A biasing mechanism is provided to bias the display device frame to an extended position. A height control mechanism is provided to retain the display device frame in either a retracted position or the extended position. The first and second arms are typically located in a first plane and the third and fourth arms are located in a second plane parallel to the first plane.

Abstract: A self-balancing mounting system for a flat panel display including a first bracket having a first pivot point and a second bracket having a first sliding pivot mechanism with a sliding range of motion located below the first pivot point relative to a vertical axis. The second bracket includes a range of motion between a generally vertical position and a tipped forward position. A minor arm having a first end is pivotally attached to the first pivot point on the first bracket and a second end is pivotally engaged with the first sliding pivot mechanism on the second bracket such that a first force causing the second bracket to tip forward biases the second end of the minor arm upward in the first sliding pivot mechanism.
