The middle hinge module includes a hinge member fixed to a main body, a casing rotatably coupled to the hinge member and configured to rotate with a door, a shaft accommodated in the casing and coupled to the hinge member, a cam member disposed on the shaft and configured to convert rotational movement of the door into vertical linear movement, a compression spring disposed on the cam member and configured to be compressed by vertical linear movement of the cam member, and a height adjustment screw, an upper portion of which is coupled to a lower portion of the shaft to adjust a height of the door.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are a washing machine including a moving mechanism and a method of controlling the washing machine. The washing machine includes a cabinet, a tub disposed inside the cabinet, a drum rotatably provided inside the tub, a front panel which is located at one side of the cabinet and comprises an opening through which laundry is inserted and taken out, and a driving unit which moves the tub to change a space between the tub and the front panel. It is possible to prevent oscillation from being transferred by spacing the front panel and the tub apart during washing. Also, it is possible to provide convenience for a user by arranging the front panel and the tub adjacent to each other while inserting or taking out laundry.

Here, the hinge bracket may include a first hinge that is coupled to the main body and a second hinge that is coupled to the door and detachably coupled to a front side of the first hinge.

Abstract: A vacuum cleaner including a wheel, a driving motor configured to provide the wheel with a driving force, and a clutch configured to connect transfer gears to the wheel or to cancel a connection between the transfer gears and the wheel. A body of the vacuum cleaner is able to actively travel because of the transfer gears are connected to the wheel when power is applied to the driving motor and the wheel smoothly rotates without having a detent torque of the driving motor when power is not applied to the driving motor. The wheel is provided with an internal gear, and one of the transfer gears is configured to transfer the driving force of the driving motor by making contact with the internal gear.

Abstract: A door opening unit for automatically opening a door for a dishwasher includes an actuator, a link member that makes a straight motion due to pressurization of the actuator and has a plurality of legs, a plurality of rotation levers that are connected to the plurality of legs of the link member, and a plurality of pressurization members that are connected to the plurality of rotation levers. Since the plurality of pressurization members may pressurize a plurality of points of the door, the door may be more smoothly opened. Also, the door opening unit for automatically opening the door includes a restoring spring that restores positions of the plurality of pressurization members when power to the actuator is turned off.

Abstract: An air conditioner including a door installed in order to provide a smooth appearance by hiding an outlet is provided. The air conditioner is installed on a wall and includes a front panel including a first panel part provided with an inlet and a second panel part connected to a lower portion of the first panel part and provided with an outlet; a lower panel connected to the second panel part of the front panel and extended toward the wall; and a door installed on a front surface of the second panel part so as to open and close the outlet while being slid, wherein the door is slid along a curved movement trajectory toward the lower panel, and a curvature of the movement trajectory is changed. A clean and smooth appearance may be formed using a door slid along a curved path and a slim appearance may be formed even in the state in which the door is opened.

Therefore, when foods containing odor-causing materials are put in the storage container to be stored in a storage compartment, the odor-causing materials are prevented from spreading inside the storage compartment, thereby fundamentally removing odors from the storage compartment. In addition, the cold air of the storage compartment continuously flows in and out of the storage container through the inflow hole and the outflow hole, and therefore foods stored in the storage container may be kept fresh.
