  • Publication number: 20220101968
Abstract: Implementations for providing patient physiological data to a third-party system in near-real-time include determining that a value of a data element within a data source has changed, and determining that the data element is included in a watchlist, the watchlist including one or more topics, each topic being associated with at least one data element, and in response: providing a data element tuple associated with the data element, and transmitting the data element tuple to the third-party system over a network. Other implementations of this aspect include corresponding systems, apparatus, and computer programs, configured to perform the actions of the methods, encoded on computer storage devices.

  • Patent number: 10042979
Abstract: Implementations are directed to providing a user of a mobile device access to patient information and patient physiological data. Actions can include receiving user input, the user input indicating a user command to display a laboratory results screen for a particular patient, processing patient-specific data and lab results data to provide one or more tables, and displaying the laboratory results screen on the mobile device, the laboratory results screen including the one or more tables, each table of the one or more tables providing one or more discrete data values, wherein a discrete data value of the one or more discrete values is user-selectable to provide detailed result information.
    Type: Grant

  • Patent number: 6434531
Abstract: A method and system of facilitating the management of patient care includes storing clinical pathway templates of pre-defined patient care paths, and assigning a template to a given patient undergoing treatment. The assigned template is tailored for the requirements of the given patient, and variances from the patient care path are collected so that the pre-defined patient care path templates can be modified with patient treatment experience.

  • Patent number: 6401072
Abstract: A new and improved clinical critical care path system, which can be tailored readily for a given patient diagnosis for either single or combined medical and/or surgical diagnoses. The clinical information system stores critical care information for various patient diagnoses and retrieves them for a given patient. Treatment information is tailored to a given patient by enabling selected treatment information to be edited. Where multiple diagnoses are present, the prescribed or ordered treatment plans for each diagnosis are merged for a given patient, and potential conflicts are determined for any ordered activity. Upon determination of a conflict, patient treatment information is repeated on separate display lines to alert the healthcare provider to permit the healthcare provider to analyze the conflict and to determine what order or orders should be entered. Customized multiple diagnosis treatment information can then be entered and stored for a given patient.
