  • Publication number: 20210008652
Abstract: A method for machining a toothing with variable pitch on a rack implemented by a machine tool other than a ball nose milling cutter and includes at least five axes allowing positioning the cutting tool relative to the rack, namely a first, a second and a third axis of translation, forming a three dimension space, a first axis of rotation allowing modifying a yaw position, about a yaw axis parallel to the first axis of translation, and a second axis of rotation allowing orienting a roll position about the second axis of translation, and includes at least one cutting phase during which the cutting tool is controlled in «five continuous axes», by simultaneously modifying, during the same iteration, the spatial control component of each of the five axes, whereas the cutting tool rotates and is applied in contact with the surface of the tooth which is being trimmed.

  • Patent number: 10704650
Abstract: A cycloidal gear pair reducer including an input shaft, mounted in a reducer casing such that it rotates about an axis referred to as “main axis”, an eccentric member carried by the input shaft and rotated by the latter, at least one cycloidal disc rotatably mounted on the eccentric member and having a cycloidal toothing, at least one ring gear provided with a receiving toothing with which the cycloidal toothing of the cycloidal disc meshes, and an output shaft, separate from the input shaft, arranged to be rotated by the cycloidal disc; the cycloidal toothing of the disc and the corresponding receiving toothing of the ring gear being helical.

  • Patent number: 6186710
Abstract: In order to rotationally drive a gear material (3) when the gear material (3) is gear machined using a hob (not shown), a drive hole (34) having a circular configuration in section and extending on an axis L of the gear material (3) is formed in an end face (3e) of the gear material (3) and a shaft member (4) having a polygonal configuration is employed. The distance from an axis of this shaft body (4) to each angular portion (4a) is larger than the radius of the drive hole (34). The distance from the axis of the shaft member (4) to each side portion (4b) of the shaft member (4) is smaller than the radius of the drive hole (34). The shaft member (4) is fitted, under pressure, in the drive hole (34) and the gear member (3) is rotationally driven through this shaft member (4).
