The Si and LiF may be present as Si—LiF mixed particles, which are dispersed in the carbon phase, wherein the Si—LiF mixed particles are dispersed in the carbon phase with uniform or non-uniform distribution.     Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for producing silicon-based active material particles for a secondary battery and silicon-based active material particles. A method for producing silicon-based active material particles for a secondary battery according to an embodiment of the present invention may comprise: a step of providing silicon powder; a step of providing a pre-pulverization mixture in which the silicon powder is dispersed in a solvent for dispersion comprising an antioxidant; a step of applying mechanical compression and shear stress to the silicon powder of the pre-pulverization mixture to refine the silicon powder, thereby forming silicon particles having an oxygen content controlled by the antioxidant; and a step of drying the resulting material comprising the silicon particles to obtain silicon-based active material particles.

    Abstract: A method and system for supporting Internet Protocol (IP) mobility of a Mobile Node (MN) in a mobile communication system. In the mobile communication system supporting Mobile IP (MIP) and Session Initiation Protocol (SIP), MIP location registration is performed in a Home Agent (HA) through a first FA (Foreign Agent) of a first foreign network in which the MN is located. When the MN receives a SIP invite message from a Correspondent Node (CN), it sends, to the CN, a SIP response OK message in which a home address of the MN is recorded. The CN sends a packet to the home address of the MN in a state in which a SIP call of the MN is established. The number of signaling messages and a delay time associated with a handover can be reduced, because the CN sends packets only to the home address of the MN regardless of a changed location of the MN.

    Abstract: A transmission apparatus and method for compressing headers in a broadband wireless communication system are provided. Upon receiving a packet to which a real-time transport protocol (RTP) header, a user datagram protocol (UDP) header, and an Internet protocol (IP) header are added, from an upper layer, a header compression protocol layer transmits the received packet without compressing the headers at initial transmission, and from the next transmission, compresses the headers according to a compression scheme provided in Internet technology. A header compression convergence sublayer classifies the packet according to initial-header information received from the header compression protocol layer, stores mapping information for the packet classification, and performs packet classification on a header-compressed packet using the mapping information.
