  • Publication number: 20240122367
Abstract: A pop up cover for a crib is provided for providing a safe, comfortable and isolated environment for a child in a crib. The pop-up cover may be made of breathable fabric panels having an integrated frame, for example a flexible frame, which can be folded (collapsed) on itself, for example when folded in specific ways if appropriate force is applied and which keeps the fabric in a taught, open position when unfolded (preventing the panels form falling inwards onto each other). The pop up cover can be lightweight and compact, quick and easy to set up, dark inside and breathable.

  • Patent number: 11782997
Abstract: Various aspects describe an information platform for consistently integrating and/or quantifying the underlying principles of ESG into financial analyses, analytical tools, metrics, and/or available information on reviewed companies, business entities, etc. . . . , and further provide integration of analysis with community-based insight, contextual information and tools for readily understanding both. Various embodiments implement machine learning tools for curating data sources and incorporating the data sources into the knowledge platform. The incorporation of AI moderated information sources enables succinct views of often massive information pools, and further provides for transitions between types of information (e.g., qualitative, quantitative, and interactive data source (e.g., engagements, collaborative information, etc.)).

  • Publication number: 20230182866
Abstract: A watercraft mooring device is provided. The mooring device provides a rigid body extending between a rigid hook portion and an elastic loop connectable to the watercraft. The rigid hook portion has a distal end that transitions by way of a curvature to a proximal end rigidly connected to the rigid body. A foam layer may encase the rigid body, giving floatation properties to the mooring device as well as bumper capabilities. The prong of the hook portion is dimensioned and adapted to slide through a slot of a cleat or the like on a docking structure, whereby the curvature enables a pivotal connection so that the loop end of mooring device may move vertically out of plane with the cleat slot, while the rigidity of the hook portion and the rigid body of the mooring device keeps the watercraft spaced apart from the docking structure.

  • Publication number: 20200344986
Abstract: A slotted fishing blade for attaching to a fishing lure is disclosed. The blade includes a slot that opens from a lower outer edge and extends inwardly along a central longitudinal axis. The blade includes flaps extending from the outer edge that can be folded inwardly to secure a lure attachment element for securing a fishing lure to the plate. When a fishing lure is attached to the blade, the lure is free to move laterally along the lure attachment element. During retrieval of the slotted fishing blade attached to a fishing lure, the blade changes the performance of the lure, for example, by changing the flash, diving depth, or lure action, and/or by adding erratic motion, vibration, or oscillation. The slotted fishing blade may be used on a variety of lures, including hooks with natural baits such as worms or small bait fish.

  • Patent number: 10769564
Abstract: This invention is a system for coordinating unscheduled breaks for employees within a facility. In many professions, personnel are required to be in a certain area or at a certain location, but will often have the need to take an unscheduled break. The employee or personnel will then only be able to take the unscheduled break if she or he can find a substitute to take her or his place during the break. The system described and claimed herein allows for real-time coordination of unscheduled breaks in a work setting.

  • Publication number: 20190343101
Abstract: A tungsten rattle head used on fishing lures is used to attract and catch more fish. The present invention increases fishing performance by reducing bulk, eliminating protrusions, and reducing impediments while achieving a louder sound chamber. There are no rattling fishing lures that take advantage of placing one or more rattle elements in a tungsten body. Using a hollow chamber in a tungsten body allows one or more rattling elements to be added while keeping the size of the lure head small and more appealing to fish. The rattle elements click or rattle to attract fish to the bait during the cast and retrieve. By placing the rattle inside the head, there are no protrusions or impediments resulting in increased fish catching ability.

  • Publication number: 20160030245
Abstract: Methods and devices for treating tinnitus in a human subject wherein the subject is caused to perceive a tinnitus suppressing sound which fully or partially suppresses the subject's tinnitus. The tinnitus suppressing sound can be set to a pitch offset from a matched pitch for the human subject. The offset can be one or more half octaves or octaves lower or higher than the matched pitch. The offset can also be set as a function of the human subject's hearing loss and as a function of limitations in the sound producing device so that the optimal sound for the human subject when wearing the sound producing device is the sound that is used in that situation. The produced sounds may also be modulated with a sinusoid for improved suppression. Other methods and devices are also disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20150342506
Abstract: To evaluate hypermonitoring of a patient, a processor controls an audiometer or computer software interface and executes instructions in a memory device which present various tones to the patient to determine a pitch match tone, a clinical loudness match, a subjective loudness and a subjective perceived loudness relative to the patient's tinnitus. A display and input device provide an interface between the processor and an operator.
