  • Patent number: 9996523
Abstract: Systems and methods for autosuggesting related objects to a user are provided. In one embodiment, a method includes receiving data indicative of a user input. The method includes identifying one or more ontologies based, at least in part, on the user input. Each ontology is associated with a category that is related to the user input. Each ontology includes a plurality of object types, each object type including one or more terms. The method includes determining one or more suggested related objects based, at least in part, on the user input and one or more of the plurality of object types. The one or more suggested related objects include one or more of the terms that are related to the user input. The method includes providing data indicative of the suggested related objects for display on a user interface via a display device.

  • Publication number: 20090155554
Abstract: An article resistant to recession in high temperature environments, and methods for making the article, are presented herein. The article comprises a substrate, an intermediate coating system disposed over the substrate, and a topcoat disposed over the intermediate coating system. The intermediate coating system comprises a separator layer comprising an oxygen getter material, and a barrier layer disposed over the separator layer, the barrier layer comprising a ceramic composition. The topcoat also comprises this ceramic composition. Moreover, at least about 50% by volume of the ceramic composition present in the barrier layer is a metastable precursor material that tends to transform over time into a product material. At least about 75% by volume of the ceramic composition present in the topcoat is the product material, and up to about 25% by volume of the ceramic composition present in the topcoat is the metastable precursor material.

  • Patent number: 7363236
Abstract: A method, apparatus and system are provided for determining the price of a reticle set. The system retrieves information related to a specific reticle set from various data sources (e.g., data bases) and determines a price for the reticle set. An example embodiment of the method of the invention for calculating a price of a reticle set comprises: a) receiving customer information for the reticle set and storing the customer information; b) receiving sales order data for the reticle set and storing the sales order data; c) retrieving layer information for the reticle set and storing the layer information; d) retrieving cost data for the layer information for the reticle set and storing the cost data; e) determining the price of the reticle set using the layer information, the sales order data, and the cost data; and storing the price of the reticle set; and f) outputting the price of the reticle set.

  • Patent number: 5639692
Abstract: A process has been developed in which planar, multilevel metallizations, are used to fabricate semiconductor devices. The process features initially forming tall, narrow metal via stud structures, and filling the spaces between the metal via stud structures with a planarizing layer of a composite dielectric, which includes a spin on glass layer. The composite dielectric was deposited by initially using a non-porous, silicon oxide layer, followed by the planarizing spin on glass layer. Therefore metal via fills will interface the non-porous, silicon oxide layer.
